ORIGINAL: GoddessJules My "skiing" consists of dressing up in a cute skiing catsuit, making 2 or 3 runs on the bunny hills, and hanging out at the chalet. I'll never master getting on and off the lifts, so I won't make a total ass out of myself trying. (Not to mention that cute guys are at the chalet often. . .I could feign an injury so I can get massages ) Then you probably don't want to try to snowboard as I am convinced that, with very few exceptions, learning to snowboard REQUIRES three full days of falling down the mountain with no semblence of control achieved. Then, sometime on the third day, something 'clicks' and the next thing you know you're doing better than you thought ever possible. I have only seen ONE person who DIDNT need the three days of falling down the mountain before he 'got it' and that kind and warm soul passed while saving others on Sept. 11, 2001. Having said that, perhaps next year (I can't go this year) we should try to put together a collarme get together at or near a ski resort. If enough of us got together we could get one hell of a house with all the amenities (hot tub, fireplace, kitchen, cable, etc). Sounds wonderful, spending the day on the slopes, the evening in the hot tub thinking up new, ridiculous things for the subs to do, doesn't it? Don't mind me, I always start obsessing about the mountains when the snow begins to fall. As for those of us that don't like the snow - Lawrence really hates the snow, so you'd have good company in the chalet!
