Status: offline 		In reading a post earlier I saw a gal state she had 3 diff  Dom's.  Is it allowed to have more than one at a time.

Status: offline 		If they are all alright with it, then its allowed. Personally, my boy isnt alowed to serve anyone else, but I have known other Dom/Dommes who had no problem allowing their pets to serve others as long as they were aware of the situation.  However, if you dont tell Dom 1 about Dom 2, thats just like cheating in a vanilla relationship.

Status: offline 		Not being collared i also see it as a choice although i do tell perspective Doms that i see others.  That way there is not question that all are consenting with full disclosure.  However as a relationship becomes more serious then it becomes time to ask the Dom for permission IMHO.

Status: offline 		Being how I have 3 doms myself... neither one of them owning me... have me collared. It's no problem. They all know about each other and do not question or demmand my time from the other. One will get up with me ... if I have prearranged plans.. I tell them.. then we reschedule.
Being one that doesn't go into strict protocol... I don't know if it's allowed...so to speak... but it's how my life is going now and works good for all involved. I'm not looking to be collared....and if one gets to close to that... we step back from each other and move in other directions... but I usually have 2-4 doms I "serve" usually. Right now 1 long distant that comes to town every now and then with job... a local that is outta town more than in town for work....lol... and another semi local that I see when we both get time due to our realities...(kids, work, etc.... )

Status: offline 		i don't think it's the norm except in poly families.. but it happens.   i have a Hubby who is dominant, and W/we're just learning how to work with each other in a D/s way.    i also have a Master..  who is accepting of my service, while at the same time mentoring my Hubby..  and They share responsibilities, each One having authority in different realms.  A lot of things They decide between Themselves i am not privvy to unless One feels i need to know.  For me it's like having two parents,  as long as They are on the same sheet of music, it's simple, really!

Status: offline 		What's allowed is whatever you work out for your relationship! 

Admittedly, most Doms are too insecure & controlling to let their subs play w/ anyone else.  But experienced, secure Doms who aren't jealous don't have any problems w/ their subs or slaves playing w/ others.  It's a matter of being secure in themselves & having faith in the relationship w/ their sub/slave.  I personally only make the limitation that my sub/slave can't bring home any infections or infestations.

I've often let previous subs & slaves play w/ other Doms ... and even arranged for play sessions w/ Doms who played in a lighter, more sensuous way than I enjoyed ... it gave them some variety and they always drooled over him.  (The most prominent such Dom was Kenny from Austin.  I'd also let my slaves & subs play w/ his wife Rachel.)

My last part-time sub is married to a local Dom but their marriage was in a bit of a rut.  With his permission she approached me & it got him interested in playing her again.  (It got him competitive :-)  And while it took a bit of time to reassure him that I didn't want to steal her & put up w/ her bitching on a daily basis ... I was glad to play her a few days a month when she was so inclined.  It was kind of the best for all of us.  They also learned a few of my tricks in the process.

One person commented that it generally only happens in a poly relationship.  That might well be true, but I don't recall the last time I saw a poly relationship w/ 2 Doms in it. 

OTOH, I would have no problem giving my next sub access to one of my younger protege Doms on a regular basis. 

But you need to work out whatever relationship you can ... one that suits you ... with your current Dom ... or perhaps move on to a new Dom who will be more compatible with your interests & needs.

Really?  i can think of a few posters here who have that dynamic..  and i knew a sub gal here offline that lived with her two male Dominants... although what i see most often is a Dom/ Domme couple with a slave or sub that serves Both. 

Guess it brings up the old line, if you can imagine it, someone is doing it..  some better than others..  and someone is prolly trying to make it illegal.  <grins>

Who's to say it isn't if the Doms involved all know about eachother and accept it. Their knowledge is a key factor, though.

this slave is property; she is owned by only one Master. If Master requires that she serve another, then this slave does so.

It depends on the nature of each connection and the understanding between the folks involved.  While there may be general writings detailing specific relationships and their structure, there are no explicit governing rules for how one wishes to interact in their interpersonal relationships.  i understand that it is usually viewed from the other side of say, a Master having 3 subs, which is more common, and perhaps more commonly accepted.  It may be more of a rarity to see this in reverse, but it does occur.

I have come to the age, where I wouldn't mind co-ownership with other dominants that knew the ranking order as, the younger the slaves and submissives go--they're wearing me out!  [Chuckles]
 
But, I'll keep the older slaves to myself--they don't run away so fast without their subbie/slave sneakers.  I'll let a young dominant come into the mix to chase down the escapees!

Status: offline 		If all parties agree then it can happen and I am sure that it does happen.
 
If Phoenix and I where to take a submissive or slave in a joint collar they would have two Dom/mes. I know many Dom couples that jointly collar someone.
 
I also see "playing"  or "scening" with more than one Dom/me very different than being collared more than one Dom/me. I am collared to Phoenix and only him, however; he has allowed me to scene with other Doms that we know and trust. In my opinion the two things are like apples and oranges.

Status: offline 		Well,  it just all depends on the people involved and what they work out.

My little one is collared and marked as my slave.   But she has been switching and has been actively topping others.  We have taken a male slave in traning and he serves both of us, so yes he has two dominants.  We also have a female slave we have been working with who may become a live in, so yes she also has two dominants  We. have a very close swtich female friend who when here they are both submissive to me but can switch with one another.  Confused yet, lol.

We slide from her serving me to cotopping another with me in a smooth effortless motion.  It just works for us and our relationship.  then again I don't think much about our relationship fits into the boxes one finds.

Status: offline 		I have friends that serve two or more Dominants and they aren't married or poly. It is just what works for them and everyone knows about everyone else. I have served two Dominant couples, one ff and other mf. Everyone has their preferences and whatever works for you.
