BTW, your argumentative technique here is called "begging the question" - you assume the existence of a controversial organization called "Al Queda" and then want to discuss something that is entirely predicated on such an organizations existence and that it has the power to do things like issue threats.

Also, as a general rule it is up to you to prove a thing, not for a person replying to disprove it.

     Depends on the topic at hand Chain.  There are still flat-earthers living out in the desert around my town.  Your position has about as much credibility as theirs.  Do we need to establish that water is wet as well?

Btw:  The world of Islam, in all of its little parts and pieces, has declared war on the rest of the world for its whole time in existence.  They have always spread their religion by the sword, and routinely killed off whole populations then turned around and claimed that any advances made by the former inhabitants were actually their advances.  Witness the wonders of ancient egypt.  The ancient egyptians were Hamidic, the current islamic inhabitants are a Semitic people. 

The only thing new is that they have been allowed to spread populations into most other areas of the world, instead of being kept bottled up where they mostly could only hurt each other.  Well, that, and the fact that they now have newer and better destructive technologies to steal. 

So yes, the Islamic Holy War against the rest of the world is real, and people are going to continue to die, until we quit being so nice and realize that Islam is not going to stop until someone treats it as the cult of shiva was treated.  I just hope I am still around to see it. 

And as to erosion of basic rights, wasn't it the democrats, and the clintons, who argued that the second amendment was never intended to give or protect the individual rights of the citizens?  When the Founding Fathers themselves said that it was? 

Signs off to go and cut the grass, as that might have him interacting with beings of higher intelligence than some people...

...is this true? Crikey......that means that when i was a kid that muslim family round the corner that used to babysit me and gave me such lovely food were really plotting to kill me and steal all my ideas.........oh yes, and that muslim chap i met at college, the one so pacifist that loud voices made him wince, he too was plotting the downfall of my entire civilisation....and mustn't forget that family that just moved in up the street, who knows what the 8 year old carries in her bag, probably a dirty bomb...........
Or, just a thought, you may be massively generalising, and mistaking the actions of a few fanatics with the hopes and fears of an entire religious group......which is exactly what the aforementioned fanatics want you to do. Well done, you're helping the terrorists.

Do you think we will start camps for Muslims and round them up like we did in WWII for the Japanese-Americans?  Or perhaps....use them a human shields and move them all into NYC and DC?
 
General statement:
 
I know in my heart that there are innocent, good Muslims and they are just as pissed off by the  extremists as the rest of us.  As much as I would like to paint all with the same brush.. you just can't.  I'm not a "Bush".. except that I think they should take all the leaders and put them in a "cage" fight situation.
