Where do I start! I not only believe, they are a part of everyday life. Saying that I don't mean that I see them every day but most nights I have 'visitors'. Unfortunately, I'm not that strong a medium to hear exactly what they are saying. Usually I hear the odd word or two and the rest is a load of whispering. I have also seen spirits which look as solid as you or I. One time in particular which springs to mind was a few years (mmmmm.....chocolate biscuits! sorry, slightly distracted. Back to where I was.) ago. It was after an undisturbed sleep. Now usually I'm not a morning person (well back then anyway) but as I woke up, I felt the usual intense buzzing feeling in the room as well as hearing a high pitched buzzing. I opened my eyes and saw a tall, thin man with short, neatly cut, hazel coloured hair, not walk but glide like a cardboard cut out (but three dimensional) from my closed bedroom door, to the opposite side of the room towards my wardrobe door which has a mirror on it. Before this guy got to the mirror the whole room felt like it clicked and he became slightly transparent. Then it 'clicked' once more and he vanished! By this time I was watching with wide eyes and heart pounding, frozen in my bed. After a minute, I calmed down and looked at the time. It was 6:30 AM (I never wake up naturally without an alarm clock) the curtains were open and the sun was blazing through the window. Now, I am not crazy. I am a rather rational person and have no record of mental illness before you ask! : ) However, I have seen energy ever since I can remember. I don’t expect people to believe me when the subject comes up in conversation because unless you see stuff like this for yourself I can appreciate how difficult it is to understand the why’s ‘n’ how’s. My answer to that is, I don’t know. But what I do know is the reality of what I see personally and this does correlate to what others see at the same time, as I have tested it out on occasion with other sensitives.
