They're also subject to having some respect, regardless of how you feel about them, or aspects of their life. You had (in my opinion) nothing productive to say in this thread so other than do attempt a weak power exchange I don't see a purpose in your posting. The implication was made that nothing about ladysians job was sexual and im afraid thats just crap. Men get off on what she does - simple as. I would agree with that. If someone wants to pay tribute of 250 dollars they want that fantasy that you are really hot to abuse them. That's where the role playing comes in. I spent a few years as a proffessional Dominatrix. I worked for a erotic/exotic entertainment company, that had it's own dungeon, although, I often went to the clients residence, as well (we did have a LOT of safety measures). I can honestly say, it is a wonderful way to make a living. Do not confuse it with your social life. Your clients (and that is what they are), pay for your services. Make sure your services are listed specifically, do not undermine yourself or your abilities. One price for all, though. IF your client treats you with less than respect, drop him/her. As with all companies, there are the ones that make it, and the ones that won't (scab companies). To any who have the misconception that this is escorting, prostitution or anything sexual in nature, please ask before stating your opinion. It is a very difficult career, and the men and women that choose it have to fend off the negativity of the public as it is, they shouldn't have to fend it off in a forum that should be more supportive, because we all have similiar lifestyle. One last comment.. since I'm getting lengthly: to all that chose that life, find who you are, before selling your services... and hold on to it, because sometimes the industry can eat you alive. (as to my inevitable spelling errors, I'm sorry.. I sometimes type too fast without care!)

I would never go as low as 50 dollars for a session. I am going at lower rates right now because I am new at dommign and jsut now going pro, but thats not nearly enough. As was pointed out, the expense of setting up that business can add up. And it is work, not like factory work but still work. I , myself , wouldnt accept anything less than 125 until I get better at it then the rates are going up.

Fair enough but my opinion is just that my opinion. I'm certainly not against pro dom / dommes - each to their own and for those who make a living out of it good on them. I have noticed that a lot of people have on their profiles no contact from pro's as they are seen as nothing more than prostitutes so its not just my opinion alone that they are working in the sex industry whichever way its dressed. I certainly have no right to judge them having worked in the sex industry myself and would not do so.

While there are ProDommes who do have sex whether it be oral or otherwise with their clients, it isn't fair to condemn all Professionals for this. To do this is to say that women deserve to be raped and abused because they wear bikinis to the beach. And unless and until you know a person, making that judgement is totally unfair and ingorant. BDSM is can be about sex but not always. Mostly its about the power exchange between two consenting (one hopes) people. But it is up to the couple-mainly the Dominant-to decide what will lead where and when. What bothers Me the most when people criticize another's choices is that we who practice BDSM are condemned for our beliefs. To come onto a site like this where we can be open about our sexuality and other practices is a Goddess-send. When someone takes that voice and trashes another just because they believe differently they are acting much like the ignorant public who believe we are all deviants when in fact, we just enjoy different relationships. I can't understand this mindset-why would someone put down someone else in this lifestyle of freedom? As long as people are safe and responsible, who cares? Who let the religious freak in here, anyway?
