ORIGINAL: juliaoceania You are going to get a lot of replies... My question is why do you want to earn that title? What's the motivation? It you want to become a master with the whip or flogger or with bondage, learn how to do it expertly and people will refer to you as a master of what it is you do expertly As far as the rest, I have heard that a slave can make you a master by bestowing that title on you... I have seen lots of online dominants search for anyone willing to say they were a slave so they could be a master. I have heard of real life situations in which people pressured their submissives to become slaves so they could claim to be a master... what is in a name is my point? Why the need for the title? What is the motivation? My Daddy has no desire for that title, and finds intimacy in my calling him Daddy. Some submissives call their dominants by their first name. I guess my point is that I can understand wanting to be an expert at something, or being involved in a slave/master relationship... what I do not understand is the motivation to attain a title I would like to interject with the fact that the Master role is not one solely belonging to those who engage in a Master/slave dynamic. In many cases, my own in fact, submissives refer to the dominant as Master.
