I know many Dom who love their subs. Love and a M/s relationship aren't exclusionary! From many men's viewpoint though, love isn't necessary in any sexual relationship. They don't need warm fuzzy feelings about someone to want to nail them. Luckily for us, there are also men who want love to be a part of their relationships. What you do is find one who matches what you need. If you have the need to just be used sexually, I'd say continue with this man. If you want to be a loved, cherished part of a man's life, keep looking. Do not expect that this man will fall in love with you as things progress. It could happen, but it sounds to me that he has made things very clear from the outset. This is not a love relationship. It is a service one. That may be perfect for someone. You sound like you're seeking more. You have the right to more if that is what you want. Hold out for it. It is out there.

I dont know if this will help. I was being trained as a sub by a Master and started to fall in love with him. He backed off so i went looking for a new Master and found one. He wanted a live in 24/7 slave. I told my old Master he said i was not ready for the slave part but i had to try it. I found out i need to be a sub for awhile and build my self up for it. I was not ready. I found my self getting out of that sistuation fast. I moved back and found a Master that loves me and i am a 24/7 live in sub. So i guess what i am saying is to think long and hard if you want the slave role
