Well, okay. So Chow Yun Fat was a jerk about it. Don't make me name all the American actors that cop an attitude. And when you consider the fact that US actors go overseas to build their cred and all... Let's just say that the whole enterprise is corrupt, and everyone uses everyone else.

Thats not exactly the same thing is it? If I wanted to be a world class chef, I would go to France to gain rep, If I wanted to reach a higher level of recognition for MA skill I would go with Professer Mattera to the Shaolin Temple and test with the others in front of the abbot. Sigh...I should have gone. That dosent mean I hate the US though does it? Its not going anywhere thats the problem...its him flat out saying he hates us thats all, I dont care about the system, or the ladders, or the noterity, or the hollywood bullshit, I care that he opened his mouth and shit about us flew out. Well, yeah... I shouldn't talk. I had an offer to go to Japan for a year to teach English (like I have any experience...), but decided that I should stick out my college work. I also had an anthro study abroad opportunity to check out China (Qin's army and all!), but no.

you cant protect against kancho... kancho will always eventually get you... you can only delay it by being as evasive and quick as lightning and have senses like radar for when one of those little bastards are trying to sneak up on you.

Harsh... very harsh. If I cared, I'd throw out anime titles (Akira) or something (Ghost in the Shell), but I'm really not into converting people (Saiyuki). Anime's not (X) to everyone's taste.

Well i'm just saying its so very different then American animation...I eman...okay I just turned ont eh TV, and tehres Venture bros....and in just 30 seconds theres been people puking stuff, a guy getting shot in the chest, another guy getting his cranium smashed in with a headbutt and an undead corpse choking a dog. Now THIS is a fucking cartoon!
