Since you mentioned torture, I will mention mostly pain ideas, but I will add a few selected non pain ideas. Candle wax , figging, and Ben Gay have been mentioned above so I won't repeat, but adding them all at the same time will keep him guessing as to which is worse. Not something I've tried personally, but a butt plug while pillion on a Kawasaki through Keilder Forest's back roads ought to do the trick. I like to head fuck and you can obviously do this without hurting. Tell him that he can do this the easy way (ie safe word) or do it the hard way... which he will obviously choose. I guess you could conside this cock and ball torture but worth a try. Get a roll of electrical tape. Get him nice and hard then wrap his cock and balls tightly in electrical tape. Leave it on for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then peel the tape of slowly. He will go through the roof as you do it.
