ROFL ! Hammer and nails. Some of you ladies should be writing sitcoms. I always find useful info and great entertainment here.
If I may contribute a few more ideas..
* cupping set
* wartenburg wheel (cheap substitute: tracing wheel from the fabric store)
* metal anal plug from Njoy (dip it in ice water first) (disconnect all electrical play FIRST !!!)

* anal hook

* Put him on all fours and tie his parachute harness to something that he can drag. Then sit across the room and show him something (of yours) he really wants. Encourage him to move on all fours and drag whatever it is until he reaches the reward. Alternately, just to amuse yourself, you could move along beside him and motivate him with your favorite paddle/crop/flogger. Hint: dont tie him off to furniture and expect results
and (my personal favorite)
stand him up, cuff him to something (preferably overhead), put Story of O in the DVD player. Every time O is punished, he is also. Watch it by yourself first if only to get the timing down.
