Long shot in Kansas, but check at the closest college to see if they have a group. At least one of the St. Louis Universities has one.
i think starting a "The Next Generation" r/l group is a terrific idea, if you have others your age with whom you can network. i just wanted to add a cautionary note....when setting up such a group, be certain you have strictly enforced "proof of age" rules so as to avoid "corrupting a minor" problems. i hope you find what you want.
