dur i put on 5 lbs in the past month and i swear its cos i stopped drinking pepsi. but...... generally soda is bad saturated fat is bad (or is unsaturated) alcohol is bad Water and fruit and veggies is good. Raw is best. Meat sometimes is good. Whole grain rice is good. Fish is good Um, when i diet i generally refuse to eat anything sweet. I actually have no taste for that crap. No cookies, cakes, candies, ice creams. Pretty much the only thing i do when i diet is. Pepsi. Which funny, i thought if i cut that out, i'd lose more weight.. but well. With out the sugar in the pepsi to kill my apetite (sp).. i ate more excersise is good. Oh hell - just constant moving burns calories. But dun forget to do a variety of things. Can just always run.. gots to run, ride a bike, do aerobics, muscle toning.. swimming if you can manage it.. jumping jacks!
