You know you are getting too old for BDSM when:

It takes you longer to recover from the aches and pains of GIVING a flogging, than it does your target from GETTING one.

Or when you know to take the pain killer before you play so it has time to take effect before the stiffness sets in.

Or when Sir tells me to hold something and i have to help my hand wrap around the item cause dang it i am getting to old. Now i know why it is important to have good old rope bondage. LOL keeps the breast where they should be rather better than the bra does.

If you need to change from wood to leather paddles because wood is too heavy....
