Perhaps he can't stop you, but when there are unmentionables involved and you are in a legally binding union (marriage), he can certainly do much to impede you.

I've done it before. Not left for a Dom and my husband didn't cheat, but....what you need to do is step back, take a hiatus from everything else if you want to leave and come up with a plan, think of everything. Because no he doesn't make you happy now and yes it is logical to think that if you are unhappy with him you would be happy without him. What is happiness to you? Is it just not being with him and nothing else matters? Would you be happy if you were accused of being unfit to be a mother just so he could get custody of the kids and spite you? Would you be happy if he never paid child support? Would you be happy to realize that "rock your world" is relative? Would you be happy if you had to live life as a struggle just to get out of the marriage?

You must think beyond belief before you do something like that.
