Anyone here into Yoga? Just curious ... I found info on a site called interlockingfloormat.com I need some mats for practicing yoga? Please help!

I might be able to help you. If it is mats you are looking for please check out the
sit mats mats mats they are also called gummy mats. I hope that can help

i LOVE yoga! i'm no expert but it is the main exercise i do besides walking. i belive compared to 'western' workouts older practices such as yoga combine a body and soul centering and healing..or if you don't belive that that it is a workout for the whole self.  most people that i know tend not to use a matt. i personally just do it on the carpet floor in my room.

I used to practice it....but now I'm way more into meditation to clear my mind.

There are some postures that i still use in my stretching routines.

Hatha or Kundalini yoga is the way to go if you do want to try it.
