Status: offline 		I saw something today which brought mirth as well as disappointment, mirth because it was so ludicrous, and disappointment because this once neurological and physical Way of Life, dependant of two basic models, one alpha, the other beta.
So when I see a beta personality type, as in a lil' daddies girl, of teen age profess to be a domme, and then explain to me that there are Age-play Dominants who take the beta position, I was somewhat aghast at the prospect ( On this site apparently twenty or so beta males profess to be alpha males as in submissive Dominants Authoritarians
True there are switches who can accomodate both alpha and beta roles, but to be honest this was a new one for me to chew over.
Then we take the lil daddies girl to be expecting generosity / gifts for her role as a beta-alpha personality, which leads to even further doubts as to its understanding. I know there to be professional Alpha personalities that do charge for their time and efforts as is quite expected, but for a teen aged personality to be expecting generosity or gifts for her company then reduces them to a *nilla* personality playing the oldest known profession of expecting financial respompense in return for their use.
All I can say to that beta -alpha sam personality is, have you ever researched this Way of Life with any modicum of comprehension or understanding, and the answer is, obviously not !
You are either an authorative (alpha), a switch (alpha / beta or beta / alpha)or a submissive-slave-property (beta)
By it's own known label a lil daddies girl is exactly what it says it is, mind you at the age given as eighteen, it goes to show how little you really do acknowledge of this Way of Life, or Life itself.

One day your confusion may grow into understanding and experience, but I pity any you beta personalities who erringly give theirself into your confused world.

Status: offline 		Actually your authoratative statement is not categorically correct. Consider a dlg from a broken home, being bratty and with a guilt ridden father who buys her anything she wants. This would fit the scenario given, a beta who is in charge.

And at the age she gives, she may be providing guilt relief for many men who under the guise of getting back at the ex, left the offspring penniless.

Status: offline 		I am going to take a stab at responding to this though I did not fully understand the OP.

Perhaps they:

1.  Are not confused at all but are very certain of human nature and are taking advantage of that in a manner that they are skilled at doing
2.  Are certain of their own desires and are acting them out the way they wish to, even if it does not fit into someone's idea of the neat little packages and labels
3.  Are exploring and deciding what it is they like and do not like.

The longer I am involved in BDSM, the more I recognize that there is no Way of Life that suits all of us.  But if people are happy and healthy in the Way of Life, the way THEY defined it for themselves, who is anyone else to knock them for it?

Perhaps your efforts at explaining were equally flawed then?? I have always understood that communication was 10% what you say and 90% what they hear..If you havent explained it well enough for them to understand.. (and for the most part people dont understand what it is you are trying to say) then perhaps the fault lies with you?

I think he's saying that daddy's girls can't be switches...they are always beta.
If one claims to also be a domme....that's an oxymoron.
If one claims to be a domme....and asks for tribute....that's a whore.

Still haven't figured out yet how the age of 18 affects any of it though.

Once upon a time there were dominants, submissives and switches. 
Now the definitions of those are muddied with different variations that do not suit the mold.
These definitions are muddied even more with the professional realm, especially when dealing with someone who would naturally identify as submissive but who is embarking on a pro career as a dominant.
These people are confused because they are not living their (I cringe as I type this) true nature.
I believe what he is saying re daddy's girls is that someone who does age play to a teenager (not one who is actually a teen) would not have the experience to know about the way of life, therefore would need to be in a beta position but actually are not.
Or, that if someone actually is just 18 their life experience is not enough to know about the way of life.
(ok, the age thing confused the hell out of me too)
That the dynamic of a daddy's girls is such that it is not a clear cut submissive role but one that is actually a more dominant role.

What I took away from his post was that not everyone fits into neat little labels of what the OP percieves as what constitutes dominant, submissive or switch and this disturbs him on some level.  Because of this, he feels the people who do not fit into those are somehow confused.

But I could be completely wrong, it was a difficult read between the inconsistent or complete lack of punctuation and the...how did MisPandora put it?  Whacky riddle-talking.
