Age is just a number. It dose not reflect youthfullness, oldness, nor maturity.

So how did you get so old?

1.Genetics

2. You aren't on the Jack Lelane program

3. Staying up late on computers, TV, smoking/drinking

You don't have a pic so I can't make any real judgements. Just know that I think you are ageing well like a bottle of red wine and that you should be prould of every wrinkle and white hair you earn.

There's hope folks. Personally I'm in much better shape than I was when I was when I was younger. I was able to retire early, so not much stress. I work out almost every day, so I'm in shape. I just got back from 5 weeks in Florida and the Carribbean.
By and large, even considering the difficulties of life, I'm much happier than when I was younger. And as I've said before, I'm attempting to try everything that's not needlessly dangerous while I'm here on this planet. So far so good.[:D]
