Why DS.the Giants are perhaps one of the most COMPLETE teams left in the tournament.
They play defense and offence to a HIGH level.
The Giants are going to the Super Bowl....and yes they will win.

Giants played WAY better today (and against 12 guys on the team no less.. horrible officials!) than 9ers yesterday but you know what they say... on any given Sunday! It should be interesting with Himself being the die-hard Giants guy (Bronx boys.. pfft) and me all dressed in 9er red next weekend.

Yeah Bita,the Giants won today DESPITE some horrible calls by the officials.Two calls in particular were more than egregious,the "fumble" that wasn't called a fumble,despite a Giant challenge,and the blow to the head on 3rd and 10 that was not,in any way a foul,if Rodgers head was struck on that play it happened when he was tackled and FELL into a Giants chest.What bullshit!!!!!!

At this point there are two teams left who field exceptional QBing,the Giants and,of course,the Patriots.The other two teams "hope" their guy doesn't "hurt" them,not coincidentally the former two teams are more than likely to meet in the Super Bowl,a rematch of 2007,and we all know how that turned out [:D]

Brady is like every other quarterback in the league,he don't like getting smacked,and the Giants SMACK qb's and they do so often....which translates to lousy qb play [:

Servant is absent from this thread,Raptor is absent from the other.Why am I not surprised,I guarantee will be here should the Giants lose,next week or three weeks from now.I will probably be screaming about them being screwed by the refs,or bad play selection or whatever....perhaps I will actually give the other team credit for simply kicking our ass,whatever it is I will be here .But that's just me [:)]

I don't even know what happened yesterday. The Pack's defense actually showed up and did okay (for once), but their offense... I mean... I just... I don't know how it's even possible with that many people with that much talent could screw the pooch that badly all at the same time. It doesn't make any sense.

Oh well. With play like that, no matter how much I love my green and gold, they don't deserve to go to the superbowl. Now I'm trying to decide whether to go for the 9ers or giants. I like them both.

But this was exactly why I was worried about the Giants game. I remember all too well what they did in the 2007/8 season/post-season. Hm. Think we'll see a repeat of that?
