I just had my first 'WTF' moment today, about 20 minutes ago.

I had just logged back on to my computer to find an offline message from one of the new memebers of my group.

He stated that he had a great day and that he had just went through prepping for a colonoscopy and that he had enjoyed every minute of it......

You wanna talk about TMI, I met this guy once, at a munch a couple of weeks ago.

See, men have issues with announcing strange things.
My manager hd a WTF moment today, out of nowhere. Granted he didnt know how many of us were with him in the office... but still

He had his back to the door, and was digging at a wedgie, and announced "Dont you just hate it when new underwear climbs up your ass crack?"
Our visiting District Manager answered "Thats why you always wash it with lots of fabric softener first."
What an announcement to make in front of the DM.

I've been guilty of something like this myself. Back in my days at the Halloween store, I had a female customer start complaining to me about the amount of decorative spider-webbing in a package. The words that came out of my mouth were, "Hey, no problem. It's like a penis, you play with it and it grows..." I guess it had been too long since my last break...

Ive ben guilty of a few speak first, think later moments of my own... but none quite that bad
Though I did have a customer ask me what flavor the suppositories came in (I work in a drug store) and my answer, before thinking, was im sure they taste like shit.

I didnt. Got yelled at, though. However, the lecture isnt quite as effective when its interrupted by a gale of laughter when your manager finds out WHY you used that sort of language to the customer.

When I was in Frankfurt Germany I took my gf to have her pap smear. We were both in uniform and of course we had different last names. The doc looked at me and asked if I would like to go in with my wife during her exam. I mean ok how many guys have ever watched?

She looked at him and said I bet my husband would like to go in with me but he is in the states. (she had sent him home pending a divorce) But I don't think I want him watching LOL

I get people telling me TMi all the time. They think because I am a nurse I can answer every medical question. I work in cardiac intensive care. I know that. Don't ask me about testicular pain and anal problems. Ewww!
