i'm not a dominant female, and i beg pardons if my opinion is not welcome.
i don't think chasity devices are out of the question...in fact, if you are interested in that, and want that, go for it. If you don't think you have the will power, you could put the key somewhere you wouldn't go after it except if you -had- to. i've read about some Doms doing this. For example, if a sub is caged, a few i've read put the key in a balloon, perhaps even filled with something (one said her pee), and so the sub would not pop the balloon to get the key unless s/he -had- to. you could do something similar, such as put the key in a breakable container and seal it (like a piggy bank), so that you'd have to break the container to get the key.
Another option might be to decide that every time you think of masturbating, you will do something else pre-determined that you don't like but that is constructive. For example, you could decide to do housework until you stop thinking of masturbating, or maybe make a repair that's been waiting. It seems distraction helps some men. And if there's something that really turns you off, think of that when you feel the urge, and maybe you'll not be turned on anymore.
