At this point it's like talking to a wall.
We should cool it before I wind up losing all of the post points I gained from this thread.

I was born in American therefor i'm an American....It must be America where someone with the name "Sissy" can exist[;)]

Exactly, it is American and I am happy I have that freedom so I will do what I have to in order to keep it that way, not let others decide for me.

michaelOfGeorgia -> RE: Have you voted today? After you have please check in here. (11/7/2006 8:54:26 PM)

there's always the "flipping a coin" method or the "tarot card" method...and then the ever popular "darts" method...and lets not forget the "Russian roulette" method...LOL

of course, some people could always go to their friendly neighborhood Psychic or Priest to get the insight on who to vote for.

what about the Ouiji board method?

there's so many wasy for people to use to "conform" to being an "American"

personally, i prefer to think of myself as Human...not bound by the restraints of any country or political foundation

(as the Borg is so fond of saying: "You will be assimilated...Resistance is futile")

I will just leave it at this...I didn't vote mainly because so much has happened in my life recently I didn't have the frame of mind to pay attention to what is going on...In June I held my Master's hand as he fought for his breath and died before me...Lately, much hasn't meant anything ot me...so if you wanna bash me for not voting, go for it...I have much more serious issues I am dealing with.

... stop whining and exit the discussion.

Dear MG,

He'll never do that because obviously he didn't follow the directions of the thread.  "Have you voted today? After you have (VOTED)  please check in here."  It said nothing about checking in and bragging about not voting when you are too apathetic to even drag yourself out to the polls or become a well-informed citizen.

[:D]  Good point Red, lmao.

How about just making up your own mind.

why, when i can make up my own mind and sit back and laugh at everyone else for their poor choices...doesn't matter who you vote for, we'll all lose in the end anyway...while the rich get richer.

I tried to vote. The machine I chose decided to jam. They asked me to move to a second, which also jammed. I took that asa sign I am just not meant to have an opinion this election. I tried, but due to equipment failure, I did not vote this year.
