I find it interesting that in our off-topic section, which could be about any subject at all, I usually come here and find it full of politics...why is this so?

Really, because people can come out here and talk about the taboos---

Sex
Religion
Politics

Jali, I am not sure. While I avidly keep up with it all in r/tand have strong opinions I refuse to get involved on here.

It is always the same people with the same sort of arguments that show the same narrow minds........it just gets booooooorrrrrrrrrrrinnnnnnnnggggg.

I believe it is that sense of frustration that drives people to start threads about politics. A lot of people feel frustrated right now. They deal with it in different ways. Some people bury their heads in the sand, some people just want to talk about it and feel like they've been heard by someone.
I know I can only read so much before I begin to feel helpless, hopeless, and like my country has been taken away from its people.

Who in their right mind would load the toilet paper so that it rolls from an "under" position? This is madness. Barbaric madness is what it is.

Never mind that, I've found your female lust killer. 4 of them, Aussie lesbian vampires, they stabbed a bloke and drank his blood. Genuinely.

I dont recall seeing any politics discussed in the serial killer thread.

Just me, etc.
