One bruise ok, but you need a safe word to break away if you feel that he or you are going farther then what you want to do or feel comfortable doing

If "one bruise" ocurred from an angry confrontation rather than consentual play, "one bruise" is ALWAYS too much.  Let's not minimize the propensity or the warning signs of abuse.

no we were not having a tickle fight, and no we were not trying to hit each other, I ment like I went to get up and then he told me no and he held me down and I try to fight to get up and in the process he left a bruise. I know I should have just sat there as I was told.

It's still pretty hard to tell from your description if this was an incident of confrontation or if this was just screwing around. If it was the first, then I would say some communication is in order. If it was the latter, then I would say "much ado about nothing".

Couples, not necessarily Master/slave or Dom/sub...but couples in a relationship sometimes play and goof off and things happen. My ex Master and I used to shadow box all the time. Sometimes we misjudged our distance and one of us would bear the mark of our inaccuracy for a bit. I can remember one time in particular when we both threw a hard right at the same moment...my arms being shorter than his I moved right into it. The result was a majorly swollen and split lip...nice and black and purple.

When friends would ask what happened I would jokingly reply that I had gotten "a bit lippy". Of course after that statement I would make sure that they understood that there was no reason for them to be concerned and explained that it was something that was an accident that occurred when we were just goofing off.

one question, since we know you are pregnant. Have you been taking any iron pills? i will have a 3in bruise from hitting something, and it is usually a sign i am low on iron. ;)

Well I was kinda fighting my Master ( I know stupid on my part) but He was holding me down, and well He was holding my wrist and it left a bruise....do you think I shouldn't worry about it? Because I'm not sure if it is or not.

Sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about.

To the OP, not the guy above me.....

When you say "Bruise", are you talking a small, faint mark, or large, deep, angry-looking black, blue & purple bruising?

If it's the first, quite worrying about it.  If it's the second, especially if it happens repeatedly, either Master could be a bit too rough, or you're extremely sensitive to pressure and might even have a hematological (blood) disorder.  Most likely, though, it's nothing.

its a small thumb print on her wrist, we have discussed it. Yes I know a reply from her Master, I must be hideing something. But, she did come to the question before speaking to me, a friend got her woried that didnt understand, after Me and heather sat and discussed this, It was on purpose, I dont like marks, nor abuse, we were on the couch, wrestleing (she was trying to tickle me while I laied next to her). so I grabed her wrists. not hard at first. I was holding them. when she tried to be the smaller woman, that was going to get out of the hands of the bigger man. as she struggled I griped tighter, only one bruse the size of my thumb underneath the wrist away from the bones, there is no loss in movement, My princess,(YES thats right I call my subbie wife princess) looked at it. she is a Registered Nurse. If you want to exsamin Marks, I also left a hicky bite mark on her back, actually 4 from the shower, and there are marks resembleing a wooden spoon on her ass.. but they went away withen a hr. We are both young but learning. ty for the help. the advice does work. and I do agree comunication is KEY in everything. Be it My Temper, or hers. or marks or unconfort.

I bruise very easily...meaningif ayone touches me....I have actually got finger prints on my body....we are talking vanilla sex or a friendly arm holding [sm=bust.gif]  i have had hand prints on the inside of my thighs and all....try explaining that to the kiddies inthe summer time!

SunshineinVA -> RE: Is it okay if..? (11/17/2006 9:15:01 AM)

I don't like to see abuse when it's for real, but for me, best sex is after I've gotten in trouble and a man is angry.  Dang, hate to see a man mad all the time though.  You know you're a true sub when he holds you down and you don't cry "uncle", lol!!  Damn, getting hot just thinking about it....

PONYSEEKER -> RE: Is it okay if..? (11/17/2006 10:12:39 AM)

Good comment Aileen68.  I think bruises are just a part of life when it comes to rough play .... I have allways known subs to actually kind of like them in a strange sort of way so unfortunatly I guess if bruises really bother you ... you might have some difficulty with this lifestyle.

greetings

my first question to you is your worry about this bruise and why is it better then you let us know did he hurt you during this fight i know he is you master but no one should leave a mark in this case on any place other then you bottom this is a conecrn to me that is stil not right did you talk to him about it ? your was struggleing with him when you got your mark on your arm. your very concern about this or you would not had written i suggest you speak to him about this so may laugh at this but i truly think you do not find it funny nor normal good luck
