Pfft. Period, schmeriod... there's no way that a little bit of blood is going to slow me down. I've lapped at cuts and scrapes ever since I can remember - there's definitely no aversion to the red stuff in my system. As Aqua's mentioned, though, I don't go down on her when she's on her period; the combination of her natural ejaculate and the coppery taste of blood are a little much for me to handle. The other aspects of our sex/play life sail on completely undaunted.

I tend to get very emotional as well, but have always been very upfront about it when in a relationship, even to the extent of being in the midst of crying and apologizing, saying..I know I'm hormonal right now..lol. For me, it runs more to that than to being a b*tch. Sexually speaking..I find during my cycle I'm more turned on, I enjoy the intercourse more, and have much easier orgasms. actually its ok to delay or stop your period for months on end. its only the modern women who has as many periods as we do now. In the past, women were either pregnant more or nursing and didnt menstrate as much. The issue isnt stoping the[period, its the chemicals required to do it. My Master always says, cant trust an animal that can bleed for 7 days and not die!

This is the secret reason why guys have a girl on the side. Just for that time of the month. Seriously,their are plenty of other things to do during a period even non play wise. If you( the guy) becomes "anexious" about it, it just drags it out. It dont really affect me or bother me much i just work around in and next thing you know its over quickly.Unfortantely, she dont have as easy of a time with it.

Actually that's not true, Periods can and are quite often stoped prolonged or ended all together. My birthcontrol shot has ended any periods I would of been having, but it has downsides and eventually potential health risks to stop a period. i'm going to have to agree with you FelinePersuasion, i'm as well on the bc shot and there ups and downs. Right now i'm having a down, but i love it where you don't have your periods very often, if at all.

Throughout the session I would fold some fresh tissue and gently clean her. I didn't even think about my former concerns, I just did it as though I was handling a precious treasure. Women do menstruate more today than they were probably meant to originally. Girls are starting menstruation at earlier ages; women are less likely to have large families/breastfeed long term (which causes lactation ammonoreah), etc. There are some studies that show you can alter your cycle with nutrition/messing with the light patterns of the lunar cycle (using artificial light sources) - which will either lengthen or shorten your cycle, or use BC pills to reduce/eliminate periods (which has it's own risks)... but bleeding once a month, every month, 4-7 days at a time, for 30+ years isn't necessarily how things were designed to work...

A towel to protect the sheets and my tongue to clean him afterwards ;-) I have only known my Dom for a bit over a month and when I first asked him how he felt about playing/having sex while I'm menstruating he was a bit reluctant because of the potential messinness. My best friend an I were so close, we started 12 hours apart exactly, thats how she knew I was pregnant, I didn't get up and take a shower first thing in the morning on Halloween in 1999, by the time the Halloween party that night she looked at me and gave me a bag with 5 tests in, 15 min later, they were ALL positive; we were both happy and she headed for the chocolate while I headed for the pepermint. About the OP: Now, I just plan when I am going to see someone for when I am not on my period. I keep my calander in my purse so I can look, after almost 20 years, I have this thing down, I look, count and plan for when I am 'all clear' to see someone. If my partner lives close or we live together, nbd, sex in the shower, a bit more understanding on his part, my 'hormone chocolate' stash and yoga, I am a happy camper. I don't really change my life for my period, its not a big deal, its life.
