ORIGINAL: justheather I worked in a locked psych facility. The only thing that separated me from them was the fact that I had keys. LOL This reminds me of my internship and first visit to a psych ward during my college days. We met the staff of the facility, we thought we knew who we were dealing with, we thought we were the next psycho shrinks or something. Our whole class went, and we were shown around the facility by top notch staff, who appeared to know their various jobs and patients quite well. We were all duely impressed. Then we get to the conference and introductory assembly meeting, only to hear the speaker, one of which we had yet to meet, ask us how we enjoyed their staff. Well we were ranting and raving about how wonderful and professional they are were to us, and we gave applause. After the applause died down, his next words from the podium were, how wonderful and smart the patients were. And, that it was THEY who showed us around the grounds. Whew! Yup! You are so right on heather! ~grinz
