Terri Hatcher spotted me on the balance beam in 7th grade. I hung out with Stanley Clarke for a short while after a show. Andres Segovia had dinner at my house when I was a child. I met Jim Plunkett when I was working for his girlfriend at the time. But the most touching and inspiring was the lecture I saw of David Faber, Holocaust survivor and author of "Because of Romek." I had the opportunity to drive him to his next speaking engagement that afternoon, and the one on one time in conversation with him was unforgettable. http://www.becauseofromek.com/index.html

i've seen some French personality, mostly in Paris but i think it is useless to name them here as no-one probably know them !!! Well, let's name at least one ... Michel Platini, the great soccer player. i've been to a school where he made his studies and one day, i came back visiting it and i've been lucky enough to meet him.

a few years back I was in a resturant in Manhatten and Mr.Big from "Sex in the City" came in. The people I was with were sure it was his restuarant becuase he went into the cash register and tgook out some money:) The bald guy from "The Drew Carey Show" came into the hardware store I worked in during university. And I swear when I was on the Long Island train going to NYC once, Charlie Sheen sat next to me and flirted with me, but I think I was just dreaming :)

Oh gosh, too many to begin to list. I have had a colourful life. One that that was an utterly pleasant surprise for several reasons was Bill Clinton.

I interviewed Anne Murray when she came to do a concert at our college. Eric Severeid also visited our school and I met him as well. In airports I have seen Jimmy and Roslyn Carter and Barbara Mandrell. When I worked in the film industry I met Charlie Sheen, Michael Biehn, Joanne Whalley-Kilmer (and her husband at the time, Val Kilmer, also visited the set so I saw him up close but didn't meet him), Dennis Haysbert, Bill Paxton, Cyril O'Reilly and also Kelly Preston visited Charlie Sheen on the set (They were dating at the time.) In grad school I met Gavin McLeod, and at a film festival I met Robert Alton. Nick Nolte, Gregory Peck and several other stars were also there and I saw them but didn't speak to them. Andie McDowell and I had a mutual friend and Andie said hello to me on the phone, and then years later (last year) I saw her at the theatre in London. I had a second row seat to Woody Harrelson's 'Night of the Iguana' and she was sitting towards the back snuggling and making out with a guy (have no idea who). When taking my kids skiing, we stopped for a snack and Art Alexakis of Everclear was there with his family. And Bill Clinton, George Bush and Ellen DeGeneres spoke at my daughter's graduation last year. I think there may be others, but those are the ones who come to mind. sp

I have had the distinct honor of meeting Hans Bethe, Bertram Brockhouse and Nathan Isgur; President Bush and President Reagan; George Jones, George Strait, Willie Nelson, George Clooney, Kevin Costner, Brad Pitt, and Dale Jr.

Sports: I met Walter Payton when I had a summer job at a car wash. I met Mike Piazza back stage at a Iron Maiden concert. I saw (but did not bother because he was eating dinner) James "Big Cat" Williams at a local Hooters. Music. I have a good friend who is a big wig at a Chicago radio station. I've met the guys Metallica, Panteria, Megadeath, Savatage/Trans Siberian Orcastra & drank at Bud with Bruce Dickinson.

Wow..this is going to be a list. Former LA Raider players (now deceased) John Matuzak and Lyle Alzedo. Ringo Starr, George Harrison, Loni Anderson, Burt Reynolds, Dom Deluise, David Hasselhoff, Steve Forrest, Leonard Nimoy, that little guy from TJ Hooker, Crystal Gayle, the little guy from Laugh in with the german accent (on the show), the skipper guy from Gilligans Island. Been a few more but I can never recall them unless pressed. Living near Hollywood was fun. Kyst

i've met Clannad, and gone back to the hotel with them as well as singing in their dad's pub. i've also recieved a Christmas card from Enya, and met Mary Black, Altan, and Brian Kennedy. And i got a letter and signed pic from Colin Baker who was one of the Doctors in Dr Who. Oh, i also met Terry Pratchett and Spike Milligan, wench

Gosh..... I have gotten to meet alot here's what I can think of.... Dresden Dolls, Matisyahu, Les Claypool, Bob Wier, guys from Phish, Brandi Carlile, Herbie Hancock, singer from the Black Crows, Adam from Matchbox 20, David Ford, Umphrees McGee, Victor Wooten, Bela Fleck, Phil Lesh, John Mayer, Primus drummer, Keb Moe, bassist from Sugar Ray I've seen a bunch of people I don't have any idea who are at Bonnaroo backstage the last two years. And I am a ~tiny~ bit famous- I'm in a fairly popular video game sort of. My Slave has met everyone I've met PLUS: Howard Stern, John Paul Jones & Robert Plant(from Led Zepplin), Rob Thomas, Jewel, Stone Temple Pilots members, Rush, Collective Soul, POD, Nelly, Third Eye Blind, guy from Malcomn in the Middle, Tom Green, Saturday Night live cast members, Hootie and the Bowfish, Edwin McCain, Brandy, Michelle Branch, Tori Amos, AC/DC, Tommy Hilfiger, Aqualung... and I grow bored typing.....
