Has anyone noticed that the bush agenda never mentioned reversing Brady?

Why?

BTW- you may not own a hand gun, or taser, if you cant own a firearm, and it dont have to be a felony either.

Some of my best friends....had to go below ground.

Pahunk, and what is this all about?
You're not very clear about what you're talking about.

Because it was accepted as enough that tthe Attourny general started off the Bush presidency with a statement specificly sayng that they viewed the 2nd ammendment as an individual right not a collective one. It was enough of a bone for the gun rights folks so long as the Government was controled by Republicans no new restrictions would be enacted.

They also had moved to the instacheck system nation wide as part of the regulation and thus the wait period was eliminated, as well as the other sticking point of tossing the application information after 90 days from when the purchase was approved .

Administratively the big issues were handled.

Brady has been allowed to sunset, at least the useless "Assualt Weapons Ban" has.

Also, even though a lot of republicans lost their seats, a lot of Democrats who were elected to take their place are very much pro-RKBA.

Its good to see that there are some out there that are pro-2nd on this sight.  Me and my slave do not feel to alone now.

Oh ok yes they should.
Also a "permit" for one state should be good for all states just like a driver's lisense.
As for needing "permits" to carry a gun they really should be done away with Nationwide.
I just don't think you should need a "permit" to excercise a right.
That's how they do it i Vermont. No "permit" needed.

Lenis, plenty of people in here are lisensed to carry just like any other group of people!
