They are all secretly cross dressers?

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 12:44:04 PM)

LOL! Not that I know of.

ResidentSadist -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 1:24:27 PM)

evangelical ministers ? ? ?

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 1:25:45 PM)

No. Healy was a Catholic, and Leon is Episcopalian.

ResidentSadist -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 2:29:57 PM)

I am totally stumped.

You sure they aren't secretly cross dressers?

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 2:31:31 PM)

They all did innaugrueal prayers?  (Okay, my spelling sucks)

Musicmystery -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 7:48:04 PM)

Swords from "The Lord of the Rings"

"Beater" is the Orcs' name for Gandalf's sword, Glamdring.
"Biter" is the Orc's name for Thorin Oakenshield's sword, Orcrist (which means "Goblin-cleaver")
"Sting" was Bilbo Baggins' sword (a long knife, actually)
"Narsil" was Elendil's sword; Aragorn's sword, Anduril, was forged from its shards.

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 9:21:31 PM)

Yes, you are correct (but I bet you knew that).  Sorry I took so long in getting back to this thread.

3/4 correct.

You got the three with their names attached to the jpg label. Busted! [:D]

The other is John Adams.

Your turn, fluffy.

fluffypet61 -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/16/2010 10:16:38 PM)

Mollie
Frank
John
Wendy

LanceHughes -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2010 7:00:31 AM)

Is that the children in Peter Pan?  Guessing because of Wendy Darling.....
BRB after a quick google on her and "peter pan" - Well, her brothers are John and Michael.
Her father is also John..... No Frank to be found... Not her family.... Maybe some of the other characters in a different Barrie book (of which there are suprisingly many.)

NOT my turn.
