He wonders what "you" think, not what all of U/us think. What do you think? Does what he suggest appeal to you or not? i hate it when people rationalize their fantasies and behaviors by saying "everyone" etc.etc. There's no such thing as "everyone" thinks this or feels that. So that's just plain BS as far as i'm concerned. i'm surprised you're wondering if he's bi - i mean what is your definition of bi? That's what's important - what you feel, what you want and what rings your bell - especially so early on. If you get off on watching 2 guys together than go for it. If not, maybe you should keep looking for a dom more aligned with what you want. Gee, i don't know, just a thought.

Got to wonder why a guy just getting to know a girl would bring this up, but say he's absolutely not bi. Seems kinda weird actually. Maybe just an oddball fantasy thing. May be he's in a pretty uncertain space right now, in which case he makes a questionable new bf.... Or it could be he's just one of those people with very little filter on what they say, just whatever pops into their heads...

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about this.  To be honest, what bothers me most is that he was talking about this happening with another male.  And....still being honest, i don't really understand how some are "turned on" by different genders.  i could understand his interest in another woman, though.
i'm really not as adventurous as some people in the lifestyle.  i tend to hold very traditional views about relationships, so for me, i am probably bothered by the idea of group sex anyway.  So both points are valid.
i hope i haven't offended anyone by my question.  i am not judging the choices of others.  i am just sharing mine and was hoping that someone might recognize themselves or someone they know and be able shed some light for me.
What i like about this forum is that someone who admits to not having experience, can ask questions, and get answers from those who do have experience.
Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts.

If it bothers you, and he's brought it up more than once, have you told him that it bothers you? i can tell you, there are no shortage of men out there with zero interest in having sex with other men... if that's really important to you, you're better off going out to find yourself one.

Honestly, if you aren't interested in being with a man who enjoys the thought of messing around with another man just remove yourself from the situation. You can't change your sexuality any more then you can change your eye color. You can mask it with contacts but it's never perfect. And you aren't ever going to forget about it.

If the relationship would be a closed one (just him and you) then figure out if you can deal with the fact that he thinks about guys sometimes. If you can't, then leave.
If the relationship is going to be open one, then figure out if you can tolerate another man playing with his private parts. If you can't, then leave.

These things really don't change. I am bisexual and while my dominant has offered to let me play with other women since he obviously can't fulfill my desire to be with a woman, I remain monogamous to him because that is more important to me. That doesn't make my desire to play with breasts and feel a woman's body any less. I just don't act it. His desires will always be there, he just may not act on or mention them. You have to decide if you can deal with that.

I tend to think bi guys have a bad rap going right now. They're kinda ostracized by both many gay and straight guys, and many straight women(though I think most lesbians don't care, so long as they're left out of it). Whereas bi girls are over fetishized(is that a word?). Don't really know what's up with that, but it points to something funky about our modern culture methinks.

Bisexuals get a huge backlash from the gay and lesbian community as they view us (especially bisexual women) as pandering to current trends and sitting on the fence. I have encountered this myself. I met a very charming lesbian who, after discussing that I was bisexual, decided that I was really a lesbian and I just didn't know myself well. I tried to assure her that I while I love the female body, I have a healthy love for the cock as well...

Karen,  my opinion is that he is more than likely bi even if he hasn't acted on it yet.  Sounds like you aren't comfortable with it now due to your traditional views, so you probably won't become comfortable with it in the future.  sgs
