Status: offline 		Hello, I have a problem... I am a DD and cannot find a corset... I am not sure where to get a corset, and I really want one... i need one that comes in cup sizes, otherwise im assuming it'd be too small on my bust. does anyone have advice as to where i can get one?

Status: offline 		For decent quality inexpensive ($75-$150) leather ones try alter-ego-erotics on ebay. They are one of the sellers we all recommend here on collarme. The other places we all highly recommend are dark garden and stormy leather. They are very very pricey ($300-$700) but often they are worth it for custom sizing. They will custom make just about anything you want or need.

Really, that's an incorrect assumption.  Proper corsets are measured and fitted by natural waist measurement and the reduction on the waist.  In fact, you don't even have to have your breasts IN the corset, as an underbust style, paired with a matching or contrasting bra has a beautiful focal effect.  But, if you're fixated on an overbust style, within each garment maker, there are patterns that are more friendly towards a top-heavy (as well as bottom heavy) figure, and a good corsettier will be able to work with you to determine what would work best with your individual measurements.

I'd recommend Versatile Fashions, Dark Garden or Meschantes for what you're looking for.  Providing your measurements by their measuring guide is essential to a proper fit.  And be sure to have someone else measure you -- they are almost always inaccurate if you yourself contort to take the measurements!

As a Woman with a 56DD bust, I ABSOLUTELY understand!  THe BEST corsets that I have found (and I OWN 3 of them, one is in My Yahoo profile and I'll be happy to send the picture to you , if you'd like!) are at www.corset.net.  The Company name is Xcentricities, and I work with them EVERY YEAR at the Fetish Flea in Ma.  (look on the NELA website for location and dates).  Corsets ARE measured for your individual body, and they SHOULD fit you without having *much* of a "breaking in" period.  Xcentricities specializes in corsets MADE FOR BBW's (they have OFF THE RACK corsets that go up to a size 58 F I think) and I KNOW they have made corsets for women up to at LEAST a G cup (I saw the order!). 

They fit from a 16 inch waist UP TO a **60 Inch Waist** and then some (though 60" is the largest I have seen on the rack at a con)!. I sincerely recommend you contact them.  They do conventions all over the country constantally!  I don't know where you live, but you can contact me here for more info about the Fetish Flea if I can help, I will be glad to.

Status: offline 		I have a similar problem because I wear a DDD cup. I found that www.hipsandcurves.com has some corsets that might fit a woman with a larger cup size. I have yet to try them out, though, so I can't be sure if they are good corsets.

The corsets at hipsandcurves are not as expensive as the custom-made ones, but I have a feeling that you get what you pay for, especially since these corsets are more like lingerie/bustiers than real waist-cinchers. If you want the "look" of a corset, then this might be a good option, especially if you can't make an investment in a corset right now.

At least, I hope it's a good option, considering that I don't have $500 bucks to spend on a corset, even if I'd love a really good one. I'm trying to convince myself that I can try one of these corsets to "get started" before figuring out whether I'm into making the investment. I'd much rather have something custom-made, but a girl still has to pay rent, sadly.

Status: offline 		seriously try alter-ego-erotics on ebay. take good measurements and ask the seller what she'd recommend for your measurements. My girlfriends husband has breast forms that are b cups and we were able to find a corset to fit him properly for both with and without the breast forms.

I'm also a double DD - you can see from the corset I'm wearing in my avatar that a good fit is possible! I echo all the great advice provided by the posters above - have a great time choosing and wearing the corset of your dreams!

(except of course my avatar's just vanished - never mind, it was the thought that counted, lol)
