I don't know but I'm reading this that her shyness is inhibiting her ability to serve her Master. There are aspects of shyness that can be charming with its childlike innocence but....we're talking about inhibitions here. Awkwardness about doing something that makes you feel vunerable. Two things - trust and encouragement helps with the inhibitions. You can't control how you feel about doing these things but that shouldn't prevent you from doing them to please your Master and gaining satisfaction from that. Allow yourself to feel awkward. An attitude of "This makes me feel embaressed but I'll do it for you. But it won't be easy and you might need to encourage me." can be a meaningful demonstration of your feeling towards your Master. I mean really - what is submission if you don't do anything your Master asks if you feel uncomfortable about it? Focus on the opportunity to show your Master your love and failfullness when these situation arise - be shy - but maybe a different mindset about this will make the experience satisfying.
