Not to make light or anything but..... One of the biggest complaints that I hear from women is that their men don't last long enough. I always attributed that to sensitivity...not a lack of it. Most men in this country are circumcized....actually I must admit I have never even seen one that wasn't in an "in the flesh" kind of way. But I have never heard a man say "Gosh, my cock is just not sensitive enough".

What I've found, and had corrobborated by males that I've known (shush, yes, I talk to my guy friends about sex stuff :P) that a good way to help with the "not lasting long enough" is to either jack them or blow them to an orgasm and once they recoup, the sex generally lasts longer.

wow, I was just reading about this (the latter part of your question) in a book called Female Chauvinist Pigs: Women and the Rise of Raunch Culture by Ariel Levy. She talks about the rising popularity of "vaginal rejuvenation" or "vaginoplasty." These procedures have absolute no purpose in increasing pleasure, they are simply to make the vulva and labia more visually pleasing, or as Levy states "more like the genitals one sees in Playboy or pornography." Levy proposes, among other things, that women are too concerned with trying to look like sex workers, strippers, porn stars, etc. and less focused on exploring their unique brand of sexual expression. I agree with her on this point. Vagina's have come in all shapes and sizes for centuries and I see nothing unsanitary or unnattractive about large, small, purple, or green labia, as long as a woman can feel pleasure.

good point.... and let me make clear that I have no problem with self improvement, but I would never take it as far as surgery. I think that Levy's argument (and I concur) is that women spend too much time trying to look like the women we associate with sexual pleasure--porn stars, strippers, nude models--whose job it is to FAKE pleasure. She says that we try so hard to look like we are sexy, that we end up spending less time figuring out exactly what it is that makes us feel sexy. If having your labia chopped off makes you feel sexy and liberated- then go for it!
