Actually you need to register for the annual sex permit at the local Republican party office they do photo you and give you a picture id that you must present on demand. ;)

For the permit for oral you must see someone in the back room.

For the permit for anal you need to go to the door all the way down the hall on the right.

Except for the property tax on all your play equipment per annum and you have to register them at the local Republican party office and have your picture taken as they give you what is like a driver's license to possess and use them- sort of like a gun permit ;)

I love outdoor scenes but am very cautious during hunting season, especially. Also, cautious during election years when DAs and judges alike come up for re-election and might have something to gain. I'm always aware, when in public, the propensity to protect females is almost synonymous with vanilla. As for the neighbors, luckily we live in a counter condo on the first floor and sound doesn't travel upward as easy as downward. The stereo acts as a buffer but it's quite easy to add insulation behind an additional inner wall of sheet rock as a precaution.

In addition, I've trained my sub what to do should anyone report suspicious noises and the cops come banging on my door. In fact, when I lived in Hollywood CA, I told neighbors, with a major smirk and a twinkle in my eye, to ignore strange noises coming from my apartment.

In all seriousness, do check the laws in VA through a reliable source. Perhaps you might try to find out through public record in your area what sex "crimes" have been documented and enforced in a court of law to decide which written laws are more apt to be enforced through the penal system. Best to err on the side of caution when dealing with the law.

Dear Gadilici, Ladies and Gentlemen;

As a resident of Virginia; I can affirm, that parts of the Commonwealth can be more liberal than other parts.

Charlottesville, Virginia's BDSM Support and Education group is CUFF (to which I am a member of) to which the membership has many wonderful individuals indeed. It is still enough 'country' to which people will give their shirt and or their last morsel of food, in order to share with a hungry stranger or a stranger needing a bit of warmth. They do care about you as a person.

I am of the belief, that Roanoke has a newer named group, to which Roanoke is located more towards Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio.

WHIP, is in West Virginia on the southeastern tip, towards Martinsburg and Charlestown, W.V. But, they also serve Front Royal, Virginia; Winchester and that area.

Richmond, Virginia is fine indeed. I think there are three groups serving that area, to include MaST-Richmond (MaST =Masters and slaves together, Master is gender neutral).

As far as assessments go; The County Tax Administrator's office is the group who determines the tax value assessment for building (house) and land (property). The governmental web sites can help a lot, especially when looking into the area you're planning to settle. Property value will be higher in metropolitan and or subburbs of a city.
Now, that said; to lower taxes on a 1951 circa home which was not updated period, the assessor did walk through the house, as to see that the house was nearly original. The only repairs was replaced toilets after the originals just wore out. The assessor knocked off over $2,000.00 the assessment. Something to consider.

As far as Virginia Law and BDSM equipment; possession inside the house is illegal. Yet, off house premise is fine. Horse related equipment would be dismissed as just that; as Virginia is a high ratio equestrian Commonwealth (State).

With crime as it is, the police have more troublesome things to worry about, then to police within the premises. Domestic violence calls though will have police charging to the rescue. The "Plain View" Law would apply, so if things were in plain view would be seized in relationship to the domestic calls. So, I would suggest putting things away when done in the dungeon yet, if you have a Renaissance theme--might be dismissed.

Best advice I can give anybody, is being discrete.

May I suggest, that you look up on the web and or Google search; Virginia Department of Transportation or Virginia Commerce. Virginia State Police Department handles the Truck Scales, rolling and static.
Virginia Truckers Association.

CJ, From what I've seen in my local travels, Charlottesville isnt much of a Trucking meca. It's a college town for the most part. Front Royal, Winchester, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Stanton, Richmond if your looking for the Central part of the state will be more apt to offer work. Unless of course your an owner operator and dont mind the extra miles.
