That's just wrong.  It's from the verb "soppressare," meaning "to put something under pressure."

i like the way threads wander and weave...it's fun to see where they go.

As to the cheese question that was posted a while back in this thread - give me gouda every time.

I made pralines, divinity, fudge, pecan meltaways and a rum cake today.  I'm still on a sugar high!  [sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=mrpuffy.gif]

I know many people prefer florida in the winter, but I'd like to visit British Columbia instead.

Been to BC twice in winter. Loved every minute of it. I wasn't on the coast where it rains and drizzles, but on the Canadian Rocky side. More like New England weatehr with out the Nor Easters.

Lorelei115 -> RE: Threads going off-topic (12/12/2006 9:21:43 PM)

I started on the last page of this thread and I am confused as hell.

All is as it should be.

Brie for me, thanks, on a toasted baguette.

And as long as you dont spell it "soaprasetta" like a friend of mine, you're doing allright. *laugh*

AquaticSub -> RE: Threads going off-topic (12/12/2006 10:03:26 PM)

Excellent. Confusion was part of my evil plan. Now eat peppermint chocolate cake and watch the TV. I swear there are no sublimal messages...
