I almost forgot - don't do anything electrical with someone with heart problems, prone to seizures, or other health problems.

Good advice but do you know enough to recognize the symtoms? I myself have atrial fibrillation. There's a good chance that any of these shock devices would simply kill me if they were applied to me. I'm not particularly concerned because I'm a Dom not a sub but its something to think about.

I have no obvious symtoms. I seem perfectly healthy and I hike up and down the mountains around here. I can't feel anything odd about my heart so I don't know how long I've had this condition. If you put a stethescope to my chest however it's very noticeable.

A couple years ago it got out of hand and I wound up in intensive care for a week and in recovery for a year. My cardiologist seemed surprised that I lived through it.

Atrial fibrillation is relatively common (Dick Cheny has it too for example). Years ago such people just died. Today they live on for years with no bad consequences - until some dumb son of a bitch puts electrodes against their scrotum.

BTW - I used to work for the Epilepsy Foundation of America. I don't have epilepsy but how would you know? I've seen hundreds of epileptics. Trust me unless they are having a seizure at the time - you can't tell them for anyone else. Epilepsy is called the "hidden disease" because epileptics conceal their affliction. Of course they will know that they have seizures but they are very unlikely to tell you.

According to the seller of the 400,000 volt mini stun guns, they can cause "confusion" when applied for 3-5 seconds but leave no lasting harm. So no, they can't kill you. I have applied a mini stun gun to my own arm and it doesn't even hurt that bad, I just don't know what voltage it was. Plus, the proper way to use one in this context would be to apply it for only a fraction of a second at a time. Nowhere near 3-5 seconds of continuous contact. I'm just talking "ZAP!" then move on. And sure, I'd buy a Violet Wand if I had $300 to spare. A mini stun gun is less than $30 even with shipping.

Yeah.  400,000 volts can cause "confusion".

Considering that most 110 (volt) outlets (that can support {rarely} upwards of 200 watt bulbs) can cause severe pain if you stick your finger in one, or even that most exterior parking lot lighting systems can support 400 watt bulbs (220 volt systems) which can light up a baseball diamond (with just one bulb)....

I'm thinking...400,000 volts would be slightly above what I would consider a "pleasurable tingle".

I'm leaning towards lawsuit, as opposed to "confusion".

(But that's just me).

LOLOLOLOLOLOL,

When we wer young a playmate of minewith a rather big dick for his age if anyone cares, pissed on an electric fence because he had heard some old wives tale that you could get a shock, and he didn't believe it---certainly one could describe his condition as confused for 3-5 seconds after  but I also thought I caught a glimpse of significant pain as well----dunno maybe I am too sensitive---but I thought I would throw it out here into the mix...........

In answer to another post below me out here I have tried a shocking dog collar on my throat (cheap one) and the adjustable type  (expensive one)  and the cheap ones (this one around 20 bucks) are ok, but the expensive ones are not worth the money for the time you would use them.  Unless you got scads of money to blow, it just ain't got a big blow your dress up thing going on with me.   I would rather have her lick a 9V battery just before she comes with my attendant invocations and stick that on her little brain.

That's good television to me.

LOLOL,
Ron

I have a 300,000 volt Panther I picked up a few years ago that gives a nice little zap but I've never applied it to genitalia.  I did get a video by e-mail that showed such an event and the recipient dropped instantly...  Couple of "Jackass" wannabee's and it was edited for laughs with music.

Have you considered using an electric flyswatter instead?  Use the stun-gun to build up the anticipation (just the sound is terrifying for many) and then deliver the zap with the swatter.
