For me.. attempting orgasm without clitoral stimulation is like a guy trying to have an orgasm without anything touching his cock.

you are not alone, there are a lot of women out there with that issue...and lots of authors of books writing books for them

some books tackle it from a psychological perspective, healing past trauma, doing deep relaxation , being comfortable with intimacy ect...

but my favorite is a woman who wrote "the super sexual orgasm book" ......Barbra Keesling is her name.

anyway her thing is that, she was a sex therapist and found a huge majority of the women she sees could not climax vaginally. Her research has led her to understand that the uterus in these women hang slightly over the cervix...she has discovered there is a huge pool of nerve endings she calls the cul-de-sac that are not accessed because the uterus is blocking the acess.

in her book she teaches countless women to tone the uterus, through a very elaborate series of kagles, and to have the mind altering, earth dripping orgasms.

and i am one of them.[:)]

to date i have had a 2 hour orgasm on 3 occasions...and sure folks out there might think that is as likely as Santa clause getting laid by the tooth fairy... but it is true...and i attribute it to her book.

I'm ordering this book!!!

Aeon -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/20/2006 7:16:45 PM)

For me clitoral stimulation is always a must...but once that has happened at least once i can cum several times with only penetration.  Haven't mastered the ejaculation though....lol. From what i understand, that absolutely REQUIRES constant, continuous g-spot stimulation for a period of time. Which is where things get difficult...lol.
As far as i know EVERY woman has a G-spot and i have been told (not sure that i believe this yet) that with the right stimulation EVERY woman can ejaculate.  But supposedly it has to be done just the right way.  Which i have to think would be different for every woman, but they say to rub it with your fingertip like you would when cleaning a mirror...in a circular motion with just a bit of pressure...i dunno...hasn't worked for me yet. But i do believe that it is as much about headspace as it is about technique.  We have to relaaaaaaaxxxxx ladies...LOL.
All i can say for sure is that the G-spot is on the front wall about an inch from the cervix, feels like a pea under the skin and is usually somewhere between 11:00 and 1:00...lol. Its hard to find until she is really stimulated but then becomes swollen and the texture of that area becomes different from that around it. Rough and/or ridged.  Once she's "ready" it should be easier to find (hence the reason, i think, i can cum vaginally, but only after clitoral stimulation).

BRNaughtyAngel -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/20/2006 7:31:26 PM)

Nope, you're not alone.  I've never had an orgasm through penetration either.  I have become quite familiar with my g-spot though. *blush*

Last summer I bought the book, Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot by Deborah Sundahl, because I had never even heard of women squirting before.  The book is beyond amazing in teaching you about your anatomy and what it can do, and about female ejaculation in ancient cultures.  I started doing the "hands-on" exercises in the book and the first time I squirted I was astounded at the amount of fluid that came out, and NO it was not urine, although it is expelled from the urethra.

She does explain that you can squirt with or without an orgasm, and the times I have squirted through masturbation or intercourse, I have never orgasmed.

What I realized through reading her book was that over the years, several partners had been hitting and stimulating my g-spot, which lead to a feeling that I needed to pee.  This freaked me out because I didn't want to pee on my partner, so I held back.  If I had pushed into it like I would if I were going to the bathroom, I'd have ejaculated on them... but I didn't know that then.

The position that did it best for me as far as my g-spot goes was missionary with my legs over his shoulders.

I had never really explored my vagina until I read this book and followed her instructions as I explored.  I found my g-spot right off the bat and have been getting to know her ever since. [:)]  She explains that the g-spot is actually the base of clitoral tissues.

Anyway....  I do hope to one day have a g-spot orgasm as they sound mind-blowing.

But don't feel weird, because my understanding is that few women orgasm without clitoral stimulation.

I highly recommend the book.

srllile7 -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/20/2006 11:12:11 PM)

I just had my first g-spot orgasm through penetration this year and it was awesome.  For me laying on my side and keeping the leg that is on the bed straight and throwing my other leg over the guys shoulder gets it every time.  It has worked with 2 different guys now so it might be something you want to try.   Also i have to be goober turned before it will happen so lots of teasing and denial then it happens and that is the only way its going to happen for me.

DevilsVendetta -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/21/2006 12:23:58 AM)

I had an ex with a similar problem, what worked for her was a variant of missionary. Put a pillow or two under your ass and have him not lying down on top of you, but with his knees out as far as possible, basically getting a somwhat upwards thrust, it also gets alot of depth and if done properly he can go fairly hard and fast. It's a bit tricky at first, but once he gets the hang of it you'll enjoy it

I've had orgasms while being kissed on my ears; I've had orgasms while my nipples are sucked; I've had orgasms in my sleep. But I have *never* had an orgasm through penetration. And I have *no* idea where my g-spot is, although I've certainly looked for it and have been given directions to that particularly elusive area.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who can't have an orgasm through penetration and feels "g-spotless." I try not to worry about it since, after all, my happy clit orgasms leave me very satisfied indeed, especially when one follows another and another and another. . . . I'm all dizzy now. Thanks! [:)]

timeoutgurlie -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/21/2006 7:26:27 AM)

For me the only way to hit my gspot is with oral and manual stimulation combined, and it takes quite a while to get to that level.  Multiple orgasms are a must before there's any chance of the gspot reacting whatsoever.

We make a night of it lol [:D]

That sensation of having to pee badly is your cue, go with it, and when you do your body just goes through the motions pretty involuntarily.  Just when you think you're about to lose your mind, the push comes and it's without a doubt the most intense orgasm you will every have.

I think every woman is capable, it just does take a lot of practice, trial and error.  Once you've had your first one though you know where the hot spots are and what does it for you just as it is with anything else sexual.  Gotta learn your body's hot spots and adapt around that, every woman is different and no two women will respond the same way to the same "moves".

I never orgasm through penetration alone, the times I orgasm during intercourse there is clitoral stimulation, either internally or externally, so you're far from alone.  I don't know of any woman who orgasms through straight penis in vagina intercourse without any clitoral stimulation, and I'm suspicious of those who claim they do to be honest.  It's likely they're still stimulated clitorally but from the inside rather than the outside.

You're normal, don't worry [:D]

One guy told me that women do pee when they have orgasms and said he was really grossed out by it.

Heinz -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/21/2006 10:34:49 AM)

Finding your G spot is a question of time and relaxing. Lay down with a pillow under your bottom and enter with with one finger. Start searching with your middle finger up, for a small spot, that do not feel smotth.
You always can ask me for morte info by my profile.

Having read many posts I'm sure some do actually pee just for fun lol, but having had gspot orgasms I can assure you there's also a huge difference with gspot fluid.  There's no color or odor to the gspot fluid and it has an almost sweet taste.

It does come from the urethra though so maybe he just assumed it had to be pee then?

Hopefully he gets past his fears, or he'd make it awfully hard for anyone he's with the enjoy a gspot orgasm for fear of grossing him out [X(]

That is only partially true. When a squirter squirts, she discharges a fluid that is made up of many different things and part of it is urine. but the levels vary from time to time. Remind him that urine is sterile and that unless he washes his cock with soap and water every time he pees, his girl is ingesting his urine every time she goes down on him.

i wouldn't pay attention to any "most women do" or "all women can" because it's not unlike "one size fits all" (notice how the wording on such clothes has been changed to one size fits most?) .  It's been said that most women are bisexual or most women have anal orgasms.  There's really nothing in a female anus that would cause orgasm if looking strictly at anatomy.  For me, orgasm is as much mental state as physical.  i have had intense orgasms from giving head without stimulating myself at all.  i've had "stimulation" where after a while it just got annoying an no orgasm in sight.  For me, it's where my mind is most of the time.

The more a woman explores her body, not just masturbate but real exploration, the more treasures she will discover.

Purrkittykat -> RE: G-Spotless.... (12/22/2006 6:52:48 AM)

I've never experienced an orgasm where I'm not the one playing with my clit. Receiving oral, different positions... I would love to lay back and let my lover do all the work but it doesn't seem to work. [:(] And you can orgasm from someone sucking your nipples? Maybe I'm broken...
