But she also stated that she had met some wonderful lesbians who did not accept the fact that I was in the picture, she was polite in her acceptance of that fact, which is a point many of you left out of your critiques. Yes, she made some general statements with one breath, then accepted that her blanket statements may not be true in another.
So why did everyone feel as though you needed to jump down her throat with comments like "Yet another whining thread about how people aren't *real*.
I award you one velveteen rabbit." Would you yourself have not felt slighted by such a comment had the post been yours?

I think it was cool the way you remained "prudent" when she was getting spanked and only jumped in when a post took a shot at you. Way to show your little nibble where your priorities lie.
Your mutual inability to figure out which login you're using along with your mutual shock and awe at your inability to set up a poly household in three weeks time pretty much paints the picture for anyone who cares to see it. You aren't so much knobs as noobs. More green than cabbage-looking, as Brendan Behan's character liked to say. The only surprising thing would have been if your prospects didn't make a U-turn just as soon as they got the layout.
I've learned a good deal here. I imagine you could too, and so could your miss whineypants. Attending to some of the kind advice you got (from people other than me) would go a long way for you. Settle the hell down and take your time.
And please, this isn't some dominate wankfest IRC chatroom so bag the "My Dear Siir" crap. Fair play--I am a dear sir, but I'm not your dear sir. I mean if English is not your first language (which might also account for "your name") then I apologize because you're speaking English better than I speak any other languages. But if you're a native Anglophone please consider that you'll look less ridiculous if you just talk here like "real" people talk in "real" places.
One more thing, your little partner wants to sit at the big people's table. I don't care whether you allow her to or don't--or whether you can even exert even that degree of control. I'm pretty liberal with the block function. But if you continue to expect her "elders" to coddle her to the point of letting her public pissy-assedness go un-dealt-with by them just because you haven't seen to it that she get some manners, the popcorn gallery is gonn a have some real fun with you.
Anyway, I'm glad this thread happened because I've learned so much about Aileen.
