Greetings MstrssScarlet,
Thanks for sidestepping the argument, as the original topic is interesting.  I'm glad you are having fun with your brat too.  I think to the outside observer, it often looks like brats are ill trained submissives or topping from the bottom, but when the relationships work, it simply isn't true.  Certainly that could be true with some brats, but not mine.  She can behave beautiful when necessary, but I enjoy her little rebellions when the timing is appropriate.  If I were to always respond by giving her whatever she wished, she would be topping from the bottom, but as I do not unless it is My wish to do so, I am still the one in control.

There often is humorous banter in our play too.  I think too many people think it has to be seriouis all the time.  The serious scenes can be wonderful and even take on a spiritual element, but there can also be times for a playful spirit that I find most enjoyable.  Certainly one can have a spirit of play without brattiness, this is what works for us.

Hmm for those who may wish to have further context of this issue, please refer to this thread, which Monos' slave began and which Monos interjected.  After many pages of discussion in which Monos' slave lashed out due to feeling attacked, Monos and the slave apologized for their behavior.

One can assume that in the time since then, they have since possibly changed their minds about those apologies, or were never sincere with them to begin with.

Oh... is he still mad about that? Guess he's trying to stir up trouble to "get back at us". Which, oddly enough, doesn't strike me as particularly mature behavior. Thought this thread was about subs being bratty...

LuckyAlbatross, I read back on the thread you posted and my interpretation is in fact she was attacked within a few responses of her initial post.  There seems to be a slight of hand on this board, those of us that have been here for some time and those that are relatively new.  It is a continium of insults when some one addresses an issue in which they have concern, and really in essence is insulting.

The OP in that thread had justifiable reason to feel under attack because that is exactly what occured.

I agree, its so obvious what goes on here.
All you have to do is go back and read the old posts.
As I have done.
Its usually like a witch hunt.

Since you've as much as admitted you only posted to push people's buttons and stir up shit, we're done here.
