i was branded by my Master as part of my collaring using a violet wand. The word slave was put on me and the method was a repeated going over of the blister until the correct effect emerged.
This felt like a tattoo, healed within 3 weeks and is admired by all who see it.

my Master is not a professional but knowledgeable about violet wands.

He also did my cutting of a triskellion using medical scalpels. It is beautiful.

Done carefully and cleanly, body mods can be done by non professionals.
