My worst and best are on common ground. The worst thing I did was to start using drugs and abusing alcohol in 1980. The best thing I did was to quit using drugs and abusing alcohol in 1989. I quit alcohol from 1989 until 97 then I went to beer only one Sat. night a month, if I even have time for that. I found my inner discipline that was lost deep down. For it too surface, I had too look myself in the mirror and blame myself and not anybody else for the mess I was wading in. Now if I could quit cigarettes I would be a true 100 percent Dom lol....

Speaking truthfully I would have to say my worst error was in not realising how wonderful I am.
The best thing I ever did was in realising the truth of the above.

All it needs now is to get someone to agree with me !
I did once have a part interest in a dog that that seemed to like me.

Worst thing I did was losing myself.

Best thing I did was to beg my Master for his ownership.

Worst thing...Walked away from a man I loved more than life itself.

Best thing...Walked away from a man I loved more than life itself .

Yep same thing..the difference was that it became the best thing when I learned to love myself more because of it.

The best...decide to have little ones and to get a college degree.
The worst...not continue my education further when I had the time and money.

The worst thing I ever did was to leave a safe of classified documents open ovenight.   Big No No

the best thing I ever did is hard to say.   Quiting Drinking after a 33 Day drunk where I couldn't remember a thing.  Taking in my step grand daughter and raising her after she was kidnapped molested and abused.  Working with children all my life to make their lives better

lol c'mon seeks, don't be so hard on yourself.

worst thing: believing the trite "secret of life"(find one thing youre good at and stick to doing only that) crap philosophy, and pursueing a career as free-lance artist, instead of staying in the band and becoming a rock-star.
best thing: hell I dunno, becoming an artist i guess. I've had a good run, made piles of money. I know that makes no sense. Welcome to my world.

Worst things I ever did was believe that it was acceptable for people to harm me and to set my self value around an outside source's opinion and to be responsible for someone else's inappropriate decisions.

The worst things I ever did to myself was to learn how to accept help and how to ask for it. And to be able to HOPE that I was worth self love, and then to start slowly to love myself and THEN to love myself and demand to be respected, loved and treated well and not tolerating anything less than what is decent from one human to another.

The worst thing I ever did to myself: Start smoking

The best thing I ever did for myself is a three way tie

1)had my son
2)went back to college
3)quit smoking...

worst thing i ever did to myself? perhaps i should say something like using drugs, or (when i was free) having unprotected sex with untold numbers of anonymous men, or attempting to take my life several times....but i'm not sure all of those things were necessarily bad...they were all valuable parts of my journey. but i can say with confidence that the best thing i ever did to myself was accept my Master's collar, and become his.

worst thing I did:  tried to read some of the dramatic threads on collarme boards;

best thing I did: refrained from commenting on educated responses by correcting all the damned typos.

i've done alot of really really bad things.  One of the unpleasant things i've done was drop a girl off in the DC ghetto at 2 am with out a way to get home, because she didnt sleep with my dealer like she had agreed to before everything.  Luckily for her i showed kindness and didnt strip her naked like he wanted.  Her own fault.  I've done alot of cold and messed up things in my life.

But the worst thing i've ever done was i stopped loving myself and being my friend.  I think if i had managed "not" to do that, none of the other things i've done would of happened.

The best thing i've ever done.. tons.  I'm a good balance.  I would say the goodness started coming when i started healing myself and i learned to start loving myself again and i became my own best friend.

The worst thing I ever did to myself was make an incredibly poor selection for a wife.

The best thing I ever did for myself was to quit smoking many many years ago. Doing this also soon helped me break the chain of alcohol and drug abuse.

Next to the worst thing I ever did was marrying my ex.
The very worst thing was staying with him for 20 years and allowing him to convince me that I was worthless and no one else would ever want me.

The next to the best thing I ever did was forgiving my father for the terrible things he did when he was dying of cancer so he could go in peace.
The very best thing was marrying my current husband, the love of my life.

Worst thing I did:

1997; Stop thinking (long story...bad time...gave up...let the world consume me).

Best thing:

2006:  Start thinking.

(Thinking is better).

The worst thing I did was compromise who I was to please someone else, did that twice, the best thing I did  was forgive myself for being so stupid and learned from past mistakes and love me.

now the funny side worst thing I did to myself was used nair to arch eyebrows lol they eventually grew back and put nail polish on my eyelids to have permanent eyeshadow seemed like a good idea at 14 lol.

The best thing I did was earn my BS and Masters degree as an adult.
