Cute cartoon about political campaigning but I don't see any relationship to Communism. The brick is reddish, was that it?

Red, the brick is. Communism gets broken when people are promised one chicken... then two.. .then told they're going to end up too fat eating eggs, so don't end up getting any chickens.
