Not necessarily. I imagine some of us think the idea of a woman who hasn't totally fixated on us to the point of social paralysis handing over control kind of hot. And then being able to smile, dust off, and walk away tall.  It's nice.



I have to admit that having umpteen hours of negotiations and then pretending to dominate a woman doesn't float my boat. I just don't have the time, the inclination or the patience with a woman who says 'honestly. Oh God, I agree with that!  And I think that it's likely this is one of those things that MDoms get treated to more. This is a non-starter for me with males or females.

I've actually found this kind of thing to be sprung on me *more* often by "you Mistress would be my center of the universe, I bow to your being and am dirt on your shoe-- what I don't get OFF?" scenario than the "I'm a strong and secure person, kind of a jerk on all surface accounts, and I really really want to try things that will balance me out" types. I don't mean "smile and dust off" in the "forget that happened" way - I mean it more in the "ah, that was NICE!" way.

I find that really offensive to those out there who truly believe they dont deserve anything better. They need help, not you insulting them.

The ones I spoke to and speak of, called themselves that.  That is not a name that I would choose to call them.  And you are right, they do need help.  I tried to get them to see that within themselves they had self worth, but they didn't want to hear that.  After the initial conversation they refused to speak to me further.

Status: offline 		I never have, nor ever will I date a man who treats me like crap. I have way to much self esteem for that. I realize that I am a good person and I deserve nothing less then a good man. I have a list of "no-no's" that I run down and if he shows one of those as habits or a part of his personality, I strike him off my list. If he doesn't treat me the way that I want to be treated, he isn't worth my time.

I've known women who unfortunately have gotten involved with some real losers and the reason most of them did it was lack of self esteem, life experience or just plain bad judgement. Some of them even believed there was a man shortage and they had to take whatever they could get.

I don't believe in settling for just anyone so you can tell you friends that you have a man. I've been single, married, divorced, and I can tell you I'm in no rush to get hitched again. Being single has its good points. I have my sub who I care very much about and we live together part of the time, it works right now for both of us. In the furture who knows we may live together, we may not either way he treats me like a Lady.

Status: offline 		Most of those women are simply immature. They have this impression that "bad boys" have the most fun. And these women also have never been in a bad relationship before. Most of them either get a very rude awakening or they simply outgrow it and figure it out themselves.

Other women though still think that a woman needs a man in order to be percieved as normal in society. So they end up staying with a guy even if he treats her like crap. They are afraid to be independant or they believe they lack the ability to take care of and support themselves. This is the most dangerous type since the women feel trapped. And they can't psychologically see themselves leaving the relationship. So she either ends up in the hospital or in some cases eventually dead.

Some women also get a false perception that they can fix a bad boy. And this never works.

I'm guessing Meat loves you all more than he's willing to say, He's just the sort who refuses to give you the satisfaction. I'm often much the same, and used to be worse than he.
