Is the issue that perhaps it's ok behavior in the Gorean lifestyle that you're uncomfortable with or is it the issue of him lying? For me, I think the responsible adult thing would be to say that he fully intends that she will have a sister at some point. But, it might all be a mindfuck. Who knows? Ask him.
