We are still waiting. It has been nearly 8 months. I know when I would LIKE it to happen, but in our situation, its a little trickier than hey we are in the mood lets go. sigh I have had first date sex, I have waited.. it usualy depends on the person, the chemistry and most definately the oppertunity. It took me nearly 4 months to find enough alone time with my now best friend (back when we were dating) even though we had many many failed attempts in that time. <-- Edited becasue I would get killed for putting a vanilla name in here. I HAVE waited. I am waiting. I hate waiting. But I am trying to be patient since the situation I am in is complicated. I wont be waiting forever, long distance just makes it feel that way. Sometimes its been hours or days, sometimes its been months. Whenever it feels right, I see no reason not to just go with it. As the dominant, though, I will admit I have freaked out a good number of vanilla partners that way, so I had ben trying to learn how to wait for them to make a move. I prefer it this way, now, just to have him close enough to MAKE a move... DV

I'm usually a second-4th date type, but I have no absolute rules, as it depends on how wonderful we feel together and how hot we make one another... What I do know is that physical compatibility/intimacy is important enough for me that I would never ever (again) date someone who was so uncomfortable with it he needed to wait more than 3 months or until we get married to get her (or me [&:]) done. M
