I am in need of a steel collar. It needs to be heavy duty, with D rings. I found similar on Jt Stockroom, however their sizing is bad. the neck in question is 16" and the collar can't be really tight or really loose.. 17" would be perfect.

Any help in finding one would be appreciated.. thank you

For a 16" neckline, I would suggest our size 8.5. Try it, if it doesn't fit you well, then you could either exchnage it for a different size w/in a year, or return it. You could e-mail us if you have any more questions.
