When I was a child, in the late 50's and early 60's, we, the USA, bragged about being #1 in world health, when last I looked in about 2000 we were #28 and sliding downward.

Scientific proof exists that having an orgasm makes one stronger and boosts the immune system along with all body functions and organs, etc. and keeps one younger. My rule is all of my slaves must have at least one orgasm a day, I may limit them to one if they are bad and most want more than one but I will never allow one not to have at least one orgasm unless too ill. Then I try every day to get them to try as it boosts the immune system and will help them get better faster.

An orgasm has also been shown scientifically to be a great aid in curing migraine headaches.

To put a point on this conversation, the US Congress went into "closed session" when two colleges asked for a ruling on whether Processed White Sugar is a Poison or not. There are two basic definitions of Poison:

1. Something that does direct harm to the body.

2. Something that does indirect harm to the body by removing or depriving it of something it needs to function correctly.

Congress ruled, (and rightly so) that Processed White Sugar is a Poison and should not be consumed by humans or animals, based on the second definition.

Fact 1. Processed White Sugar binds to and makes useless B vitamins in the body, all body functions need B vitamins.

Fact 2. The White Sugar industry has the largest lobby in the USA and World.

Fact 3. The White Sugar industry also has controlling interest in all the Press, Pharmaceutical industries, Medical Research industries, Corn Syrup industries, Insurance industries, (oil industries as far as I can tell), etc. Making their combined lobbing power to control the most powerful government in the world the most powerful, to the point the white sugar industry and it's affiliates control the most powerful government in the world. The USA.

Fact 4. Did you see it in the National or International  Press that congress ruled processed white sugar a poison? "NO" because the white sugar industry has controlling interest in the Press.

Fact 5, The two colleges that forced congress to make the ruling (notice I said in "closed session") printed the ruling in their college papers. They both lost millions in donations, perhaps at this point billions.

Fact 6. Some of the B vitamins if available would make a woman's period last three days or less with no pain or mood swings and bleeding so mild she could wipe herself with toilet paper a few times a day, no need for pads or tampons.

Anyone doubting the power of the "White Sugar Industry" now? They sell us product,s that make us ill, white sugar and corn syrup that is in everything, even things not meant to be sweet. They makes us sick, we need Insurance and Pharmaceuticals and to pay Doctors and at each step the White Sugar industry makes it's cut, your Doctor needs Insurance too. Doctors are not in a hurry to tell us either as they get paid when we are sick not when we are well. The Processed White Sugar industry and Doctors go well together, they both make us sick.

In many other countries including Africa they do not eat the poisons (Processed White Sugar) we eat and their periods are as I described and they give birth very well and very often. Due to drought and starvation many of the babies die but the womans periods are three days and they can wipe themselves with leaves throughout the day and wear no pads or tampons and their births for the most part are easier that ours.

The specific vitamins are Choline Bitartrate and Inositol, both in the B vitamin family and bind to Processed White Sugar in the system and are made useless. The African and many Eurasian countries eat diets high in these vitamins and their female's periods are as I described.

Niacin (a B vitamin) lowers bad cholesterol and triglycerides and raises good cholesterol, how many Dr's tell you that? But it takes about 1500-2000 units a day to work and you will get a Niacin rush (flush and hot flash)  when you take the first few doses or after going on a sugar binge. That is caused by a deficiency not a harmful reaction. Processed White Sugar binds to it and makes it useless to the system.
