Nice try at evasion. Now why don't you actually respond to what I asked?

oh i get it!  you asked me first right?  nah nah neeeener neeener!

You are the one that is coming on here making sweeping and big grandiose statements like:

This state citizen garbage has been shot down numerous times.
and
I'm not going to read all of this garbage but it looks like pretty standard racist and/or tax evader bs. It's wrong both legally and historically.

So come on bro show us what you got!

So explain to me exactly what the hell is voluntary about our (IN) voluntary tax system and tell me how i can opt out because i am tired of volunteering?

How hard can that possibly be?

Oh and to answer your question, i both obey all laws, i expect others to do the same, if this is feasible i will absolutely do it.

now you answer mine!

thats one question he wont answer!  Taking side bets here folks, poof he's gone, bets anyone?

Silly me, i thought that prosecution as well as defense were subsets of, or part of a trial. Guess i got it all backwards.
Note it continues during ""prosecution"", not trial!

i do not recall saying anything about a "phase" of prosecution.  cite it please?
See above quote

i do not recall where i said or implied they were separate, so cite that too while you at it.
again see above quote
i do not recall where i said or implied "my interpretation" in regard to citizens arrest?
What kind of trash is this man?  So people filing documents on their own behalf in support of their case is:

a) OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE????

b) DOMESTIC TERRORISM????

c) CITIZENS ARREST IS ILLEGAL????

i cant believe how they twist this shit!!

So whats your point here lucky, an education on what i did not say?  Were you like wearing your glasses when you read this stuff?  yes I wear glasses

As long as you are citing things, cite a link on how you figure citizens arrest is illegal?
It is unless you meet the criteria you listed..attacking a IRS agent doing his duty does not qualify.  According to the US Constitution, the Supreme court decides how law is intrepreted..not you.

well i have no clu where you are from but i am from the USA so that is why i use the constitution of the usa when i  discuss issues of the republic of the usa.
No, you cited Admirality Law, English Common law, and edicts from the king of England.  None of those apply to Americans, our constituion does.  The one that says the USSC decides how law is intreprted.  I live in Alaska.  That make me a citizen of the USA AND a citizen of Alaska.

Rather than spend a while explaining this misuse of voluntary I'll just point you to this rather complete dismantling of the claim:

Did you actually read this stuff?

Lots of crap in your link and only one part applies to "voluntary" and that part has nothing what so ever to do with the subject we are talking about here!!!!

i suggest you read flora vs before using it to make your case and wasting everyones time or do you use wiki opinions as your law library?

Now if you would like to make your case, that is make a real case go for it.

i think terminator is a sovereign.

Thats not why they went after koresh.  They went after koresh because they needed to take the heat off of the randy weaver case where they murdered randy weavers wife in cold blood while holding her baby.  No one in the gov even so much as got a reprimand from it.  Then they went after the militia groups who unfortunately were operating illegally even under the rules of sovereinity, unfortunately.   These people have to be assholes and rather than keep it legal write fraudulent bs checks etc.  makes the whole cause look lawless when in fact a couple bad apples just like these presidents.

If you are not aware you gave up an enormous amount of your constitutional rights by signing on as a federalist, thats what you are now.  a sovereign is a first class citizen governed by constitutional law (primarily), and a federalist is a second class citizen governed by corporate law in essense.  So they can legally violate your rights, your debts can never be paid off, only dismissed, therefore you technically own nothing.  Including your house.  a soveriegn on the other hand owns his house, debt free.   long list of interesting technicalities.

Look I hate to rain on your parade but there simply is no such distinction. If you want to legally live in the US you need to be either a citizen or a legal resident and both of those have to pay taxes etc. Also the 14th ammendment makes every citizen both a citizen of the US and of their state of residence.

This state citizen garbage has been shot down numerous times.

The DoJ's take on it:
http://www.usdoj.gov/tax/readingroom/2001ctm/40ctax.htm#40.05[7]

How about a couple cases won in court for ya?  Will that work?

The IRS Has Been Losing High Profile Jury Trials
Since August, 2003, the government has failed to prove its claims in income tax-related cases to at least three juries. These recent acquittals support claims that government has no authority to tax wages as income and no “law” compels employers to withhold a portion of employees’ wages.

Subfever here is one for you more on sovereignity and second class citizens:
