Ain't that the truth.

Ya know, I once knew a guy who called it "staring into oblivion."  The problem was just that, he got so lost in what he was doing that he didn't really even need the chick to be there.  You could knock on the top of his head and say "HEEEELLLLOOOOOOO....REMEMBER ME????" and he'd miss it.

Worst head evah.

I was once told  "I can part my hair with my tongue"  without thinking....I did a quickie eye ball measuring...  and thought " Maybe, if you take that toupee off your head"  Think he could read my mind?

While hiking -
"Stay very still and don't move or look down!"
Means you are near a snake or something else potentially
dangerous!

At a single's party -
"My new boyfriend is so wonderful! He's buying me breast
implants!"
Doesn't he like your breasts already?

At a friend's home -
"Your probation officer called, you need to take another
piss test."
What kind of trouble are they in now?

At the Emergency Room while strapped to a gurney
and wearing a paper doily with your ass in the air -

"Wow!  Mind if we bring in the interns to take a
look at this?  This is a(n) ________________
(insert long un-pronounceable, un-writable
medical phrase) that is quite rare.
You will need to see a specialist, make that 3 specialists,
and hope to heaven you have first rate insurance,
because otherwise you will be bankrupt, disabled,
and a Ward of the State."

One time I was at the dentist's, and while he was picking at my teeth the nurse was telling him about her dog that kept jumping off the couch onto her puppies.

Dentist's response?

What doesn't kill them only makes them stronger.

(Did I mention I'm terrified of the dentist?  Thanks for being reassuring [:@].)

Really?  Is it David, Chris, Tina or Jerry?  Or do they like to mix it up a bit.

lipxtick -> RE: What is a phrase you don't like to hear someone say (1/27/2007 6:35:31 AM)

I can't bear to hear anyone (but the main culprits seem to be male) over the age of about 25 using the term 'cool'......makes me feel like telling them to act their age.

smirkingsheep -> RE: What is a phrase you don't like to hear someone say (1/27/2007 7:21:58 AM)

I can't bear to hear anyone says cool, no matter what their age is.
