Click on the report profile button when you're viewing the profile.

yes thast only works for those that can truely show something false in their profile. If you know they're a scammer of another type, that won't work.

That's the only way outside of emailing a Mod about it, but if there's no proof, there's not much that can be done. Best to block the profile and move on.

So now you know to take online with a grain of salt.   Turn off the computer, get involved in your local scene, and if you do chose to use online to meet someone, meet them fairly quickly and don't send them money so you don't waste a lot of time.

I think should be a way to warn others to stay away from a profile, like the one I talked about previously.

Would be great if you could add comments on a profile, like you can comment on a seller on ebay.

TML,

That's the issue, though, who's to say your profile or mine isn't fake?  Best to assume everyone is 'fake' until proof one way or the other is clear.

As I explained recently in another thread on a similar topic; the reason that such "warnings" are not, and will not ever, be allowed here is the chance for abuse is far too great.  There's nothing preventing a bitter ex putting their former partners on such a list out of spite and we have no way of knowing who is telling the truth in such a situation.  It all boils down to one person's word against another and we're just not going to play that game.

tml,

I agree with you.  There should be a way of blocking the person AND notifying CM of these idiots.  A place like this is supposed to be fun and if these fakes have to be removed one at a time, I say lets do it!!

You get in first; then we will see if enough room remains for her.

I haven't seen pictures of Mod 11 (except the dial) but I've seen pictures of Ms. Sonnet Marwood, and it would be a treat to see her in a double espresso

There are no hard and fast rules for "spotting" fakes.  You just have to be sensible, don't jump into anything that sounds too good too soon.  Don't believe every damn thing someone says online.  If something seems a little "funny", be wary, don't make excuses for someone's behavior and plow blindly ahead.  If something seems a lot funny, cut off the communication and move on.  Remember you don't owe anyone anything simply because they have given themselves a title.  If you think someone might be a fake, they probably are.  Move on.  Don't get hysterical because you found one, just move on. They don't need to be reported to the authorities, because the authorities can't stop them anyway, only administer a slap on the wrist. If something or someone sounds too good to be true, they probably are.  Be wary until you know for sure.  Don't assume the ID someone uses is actually what they are.  "susiesuperslave42DD" might just be a 42 year old man.

If you push her a needle through her nipple and she bleeds she's a "fake." No wait! It might be if she floats in water!  It's all so confusing!

out.

you dont because no one cares.  the site isnt a police organization or a dating service that pre-screens people for you.  Its only a means of letting like minded people share the same web space. Thats all people good bad and indifferent.

Believe it or not in some peoples eyes you are most likely a fake, who can draw those lines?  Just use your personal fake determining talents and do not write to them.  They have hide and block feature and you just hide all the fakes so you dont have to look at them on your radar.   By the time i got done there was like 3 possibles in my state LOL
