Okay ladies, I just responded to a post where I had to get a little bit nasty.
I was sitting here thinking, I love being a kick ass woman.  [:D]
Are you a "Good Mistress" like the Good Witch of the East, type of deal?
Or are you a "Bad Mistress" who kicks ass and takes no prisoners?
I will admit, from reading some of the women's profiles online, I am hardly the
Baddest Bitch in town, BUT I am far from the Good Witch of the East.
That puts me in the "Bad" Mistress camp. [sm=mrpuffy.gif]
Being a bitch can be a lot of fun.
Funny, I don't see that many Dom's that pride themselves on being the nicest man in kink.
I guess its mainly women that want that title.
I will never get that title, NOR do I want it. [:'(]

I guess I am a "Good" witch. *laugh* I don't get bitchy, I ask politely, I am reasonable, I am firm when necessary but never insulting or degrading. All of which apparently makes me undesirable to a large portion of submissive men. LMAO.

I'm happy with who I am, but I do admire those wicked witches too! Such strength of character often puts me in awe. [;)] You go girl!

Awww thank you Lorelei, actually I am working on becoming more understanding,
I think there are strengths and weaknesses on both sides.
Maybe a happy medium is best?

The good one most of the time. But not always. I find some of that comes from still being a begginer in some ways so there is a tendency to hold back on my bad side because I am unsure of how far or deep into that I will go and in some ways I worry about loosing control of myself and messing someone up badly.

But mostly it's just my nature to be nicer unless given a reason to be bad.

But seriously, I'm somewhere in between...  I'm very strict and punishments can be very harsh, I'm also not one looking for romance or is willing to coddle or pamper a submissive in any way; BUT, my manner of speaking to and treating those submissive to me is normally very polite;  I'm not mean or bitchy, never raise my voice, don't degrade or harm on purpose for fun... but I take zero nonsense, immaturity or slacking and hesitate not a moment to come down hard when I think it is necessary.

The question made me want to answer "I'm bad to the bone", but I really am more the good witch type (who wants his happiness fullfilled as well, even if I insist it should be fullfilled by those things I need done for me, lol), which makes me undomly to the guys who need to be hated and forced to submit, but hey, we all have our burdens...[8D]
People often mistake me for harsh and tough because of my appearance, and I can put down a hurtin' with a strop or by spanking, but I mostly enjoy doing it when he enjoys receiving it...  If/when I have to think of doing it as punishment, I prefer talking rather than picking up an implement of individual destruction (as a friend aptly put it recently).    M

I think I'm somewhere in the middle.  I'm nice most of the time, but I put up with absolutely nothing and am not well-known for being forgiving, giving chance after chance, etc.  Sometimes I hear about things my Domme friends put up with from subs or read about them in the forums and I just shake my head in disbelief, as I'd have shown the sub the door long ago.  Nonetheless, there are certainly Dommes who are stricter and harsher than I am. 
 
As far as profiles go, I think some are more talk than reality.  I know a local Domme whose profile would lead you to believe that she's the toughest, most sadistic bitch in town, yet I have seen her put up with outlandish behavior from subs long after most women would have given them the boot.  I think some like to portray themselves as harsher and stricter than they actually are.

I am in the middle - understanding and patient up to a point, but find it hard to be strict and polite at the same time.  Usually end up being strict.
Not sadistic enough for a maso, but more than some want.
I seek companionship and romance but not marriage.

I am usually pretty even tempered unless someone disrespects me or does something that pisses me off.  Depending upon how angry I am they may see another side of me that most people never have. I've got a temper and I won't hestitate to say whats on my mind but I try to keep it in check. Occasionally though I can't help it and someone gets themself a new asshole torn...

I would have to say I'm a bit of both.  During a playscene I am definitely Elphaba(sp? the wicked witch) as I am strict and sadistic and downright nasty.  After a scene I know the sub will need time to come down from his high and so I am all sweet and luscious and tender kisses and cuddles like Glinda...  At other, non-play times I would have to say I am a bit of both as well.  I pride Myself on being fair and understanding, but I'm not putting up with BS either!

I am good, but if I feel betrayed for example, it is not a good thing.  I have tried to control it, but I cannot.  I just have to deal with it in my own way, but I don't take it out on my slave.  I never hit in anger.

Dear MzMia, Ladies and Gentlemen;
 
I am more fluid in my mind's eyes, as a Dominant.  I am what I need to be when situations arise.  I have been a 'take no prisoner' Dominant and I have been easy going temperment Dominant as well, and everything in between.
